Just like any scared being, reacting with fear is natural, but I also acknowledge and will continue to acknowledge that the serval was trying her best to communicate calmly with the fearful, domesticated cat. I'm sure their relationship is growing more each day now that they're both living a domesticated life, aside from this mere, but powerful recording we saw. Lastly, I don't sense that the content creator is purposely creating a dangerous scenario for either of the beautiful animals for views and that's what I'm going to continue to believe. And for their intelligence, trouble is that Psychology teaches people that the majority of animals act only on instinct and undermines the emotional and cognitive states/abilities of animals in general. I have come to understand that everything that affect the Emotional. Moral, physical, visual. Cognitive aspects of humans are in fact equally applicable to animals, right down to how they live, die and bleed. We are all made of the same stuff exceptt in the case of animals, they generally have fir or hide, and walk on four legs. The fact that some animals will eat their young to survive tells me that humans are different, we'd give our lives to save our young. But you're right to say we need to be compassionate to animals in general.

However, there is one point you make with regard to an assumed distinction between humans and animals which is, that animals eat their young, when in fact humans have been known to eat other humans for their survival too Therefore, I believe on this premise alone that there really is no altruistic distinction between animals and humans as alliterated in my comment, which whilst I accept your view as being equally true in part, my comment was intended to go much further in defense of the integrity of the animal Kingdom. Further proof of my understanding can be found in the difference in behaviours of humans who are basically seperated into two camps: extravert and introvert. It has been approximated that some seventy to seventyfive percent of the world's population are considered to be extroverted. Whereas some Twenty to twentyfive percent of the world's population is deemed to be introverted in nature A fact that has recently been understood to compare with the animal Kingdom in which the same percentages can also be applied. This distinction is not a coincidence despite needing more research to date. This also suggests that certain prejudices need to be changed in society with regard to the majority attitudes towards those humans and animals who are deemed less socially credible.
