Note: Thanks to the Gomes and the Rakitic video, I came up with an idea, but I'm not sure you guys would like it, so I need your opinion. Basically its a new formula of videos I'd call something like "The Real XY", where I don't put together a 15 min long highlight video, but a neraly 10 minutes long video, where I show an average match of the player (not from only one game, I'd put it together from many). With bad controls, disposessions, bad passes and positioning as well, not only focusing on the good stuff, to have a clearer picture in your head about the player. I'd make these during the season, and the highlights at the end of the season as usual. This way I'd be more productive during the year as well, not just after the end of the season. What do you all think? Please put a thumbs up or a thumbs down to let me know, or write it in comment. I wouldn't like to waste time for these, if you don't like the iea at all.. :) Thanks in advance!

what i admire the most is how when he is the deepest lying mid picking up from the goal keeper during a goal kick, how tricky he is turning the player that comes to press. From experience, it is very easy to panic in that situation or just pass backwards, he always finds a way to move the ball forward. Quality player, quality video.

for me busquets is the best at his position,problaby kante is better at defending but men busquets is almost as good as xavi at passing and also he is too elegant,also his positioning is the best at world,his vision is insane,he can do the roulette skill,doing that for a defending midfielder is almost impossible

Busquets has a different way to defend. Not only reaching the ball or stoping the rival. Busquets also leads the rival to another path of which he was trying to go and compared to Kanté has much more territory of action. Actually, BUsquets makes by himself part of the job De Jong and Gave (this season, for instance) can not accomplish.

Yeah, Thiago is a shame.. And I agree with you in Umtiti, as a Barca fan I've watched every single minute of him this year, fantastic prospect. Even tho his "missing right leg" should be worked on, it's his weak spot, yet still he is amazing. But I won't make one about him, I'll do only about the midfielders of the team :) About Gomes. He is a great guy, with quite good set of skills overall, but I don't think he fits for that kind of football. At Juve or Chelsea for example, with less responsibilities in midfield and more specific roles and instructions, he could be a very important part of a team. But a Barcelona starter should be much more than that, they should be much faster in head, better under pressure, take more risks, as there is much more creative freedom in midfield, at least it should be. I would trade him for Samper without hesitation, even in CM. Yet it won't happen, so I'll hope for the best. In a better structured midfield, with overall better patners I'm sure he'll improve next year, he is not as bad as he was mostly this season.

We've got our left CB for the next decade in Umtiti man, the footballing world just hasn't yet caught on to how good he is and will develop to be. I still think he has improvement to do aerially, but time is on his side. On the subject of CBs though, unsure if you've heard of De Ligt, check him out sometime if you haven't. I could definitely see him wearing the Barcelona colours in the future. Agreed with just about everything you've said about Gomes, don't think I even need to elaborate any further. If there's one thing I can fault Enrique for, it's overlooking the likes of Kroos, Pjanic, Gundogan, Dahoud, for a Box-to-box in the mould of Andre Gomes. I truly believe he was requested, to match Enrique's poor vision of what a Barcelona midfield should be. It's a shame now because having him essentially wastes a midfield spot for us. Hopefully Sergi Roberto & Samper put up a good fight. 35M when Dahoud is joining BVB for 12... like wtf man.

Yep, I agree too. I like Marlon too btw, seems like a really great prospect. I have some issues with Robert (the midfielder part for example, what you've just written, Dahoud for 12 and Barca went for Gomes), but he seems to have an eye for CB-s. I've heard about De Ligt, he was truly amazing in the EL final for example. Seems like a nice guy, but I like Davinson Sanchez more from Ajax. But De Ligt is very good too, especially for his age..

Looking at your channel I know that you prefer players with structural intelligence and with the ability to dictate the play through easy-looking movements. I already watched his videos, subbed him and Gaebba f.e. long ago. Just wanted to see your view of those players, imaging that espescially you could maybe bring up scenes, that would have been missed out elsewhere... Please keep up the great work!!! :)

Sorry, but I don't think I will, I've tried to make videos about strikers before, but decided not to upload them, didn't feel it good. :D I'll experiment this year with a complete Dolberg and Dembélé video, but I might won't upload them either.. :D Midfielders are the best kind for me :)

kingrobinho777 well you can't easily say that because Carrick is such a fantastic player in his prime. I think Busquets is much more technical and intelligent in possession but in terms of protecting the back line of defense Carrick is very good in his positioning and can't easily exposed in my opinion. But still they are both very intelligent and a calming presence with or without the ball

I haven't seen Carrick that much, especially in his prime, so I can't really tell my opinion about him. But I think I'd like Busi even if I had seen him, this guy is brutally intelligent, calm and technical with an amazingly fast decision making. Really hard to compete with that set of skills on that level.

So average that he's been called by Loew in the age of 20, ahead of Dahoud, Geis, Goreztka,..., break Alonso's record for the most touch of 1 game, so average that he's been nominated 2 time for BL TOTS, including his debut season last year. So average that everyone calls him Busquets-esque except you. If you want to give your opinion, you'd better come up with proof, don't just throw shit out of your mouth without any explanation. PS: Learn to spell players' name before judging them, btw.

I misspelled his name because I don't know much about him. However, I have managed to see a few games of him and he is nothing but ordinary. Firstly, he was named in the German squad above who exactly? "Dahoud, Geis, Goreztka...". Seriously? If you think those are top players that explains why you think the same of Weigl. As for most touches, it seriously means nothing. If you play in a possession based team it's likely that you will have most touches if you're a deep midfielder. Germany have midfielders like Kroos, Ozil, Gotze, Reus, Draxler, etc. and Weigl is nowhere near that level. Give me some attributes he has and I will disprove them.

A few games ? so stop judging since you know nothing. People are hyping him up. Only you who watch A FEW GAMES and judge. He's composure, perfect passing, i'm not talking about killer pass but i'm talking about Line-splitting pass and "flank-changing" pass. His tackle is really good, also despite weak physically, he shield the ball perfectly due to his long leg and great intelligence. His awareness and game reading is cool. Also he's absolutely fuckig calm considered only 21 yrs old. Are you fucking kidding me ? Dortmund is a possesion team ? I watched every single match of BvB since 2012 and Dortmund, despite transferring into slower football, has never been a possesion team. My guess is you only watch some of his clip, which don't include footage from Bundesliga so that's why you dont know him. Toni Kroos called him World Class, Pep describe him as a great CDM that surprise Pep because he hasn't known who Weigl is. All Barca fans want him to be the successor of Busquets (check out their forum) Just by mention Gotze, i know that you absolutely know nothing about BL and German Football since he's just a fat useless guy at BvB nowadays. LOL, never thougt that i have to prove Weigl is good to someone.
