Hello everyone! Our 9th episode marks our first camp of 2024. We brought a new canvas tent to go forest camping in the mountains of Ilano, CA. The setup in this episode is unlike our previous camp setup. We mainly chilled inside our warm tent and stayed nice and cozy. Please enjoy our video in 4K. Lag bolt stakes and Impact wrench can make the set-up time so much faster. Your videos are produced so professionally. I had to keep reminding myself I was not watching a commercial from Kodiak tents 😄.
Next time for a treat try adding butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to your baked sweet potato, in the southern USA that's how we eat them. Tastes great.

Always wrap a towel around stakes you are hammering in, so if you slip miss you don't harm the canvas
oh dang nice tent dang making me want to empty my wallet for more gear. Great video!

I got that daisy chain from eBay. It’s a no name brand. Try searching for leather daisy chain? Maybe you can find something similar.
Can you tell me the name of the campground and the campsite number that you recommended

Hey! This place is called table mountain and we stayed at one of the first come first serve sites. I think these were better than the sites you can reserve. Hope this helps
Is this tent better than snow peak?

Hey! Good question..hmm I think there are pros and cons to both tents. We honestly like both brands so it’s hard to say which is better. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable and simple setup, I do recommend the Kodiak Canvas. Especially for winter camping it’s super cozy and spacious. Hope this helps a bit!
