Already tried similar solution, using the existing parts of the shifter. The support under the table to pull back, and the 2 sort wheels on both sides, to adjust the shifter to the table. and It works great !! thanks for the inspiration! very smart!

I haven't played that yet, but most racing games allow you to create your own custom controls!

I know I'm late, but did you change the button binds? (Downshift: Gear 3, Upshift: Gear 4)

Probably not, because it does not work in forza horizon 4.....

At this point just use the shift buttons behind your steering wheel
