Excellent presentation, superb explanation. Subbed. Btw, the bit that won me over was your admission that a test 100% sensitive AND 100% specific is IMPOSSIBLE. It's obvious, a scientifically proven fact, but I see test designers and MDs claiming that there are tests which achieve that. Good work. 👍

But in the last example, since the NPV is so high, doesn't that suggest we shouldn't rule the disease out?
