Senior Fitness - Simple Seated Posture and Balance Exercises with Stretching

In this session, we are focusing on some easy and simple posture, balance and stretching routines that you can try at home.
All you need for this is a sturdy chair, a relaxing space and some time to focus on you.
Our posture and balance are very important to us as we use it every day!
Making sure we are flexible, well balanced and confident will help us get through the day in better comfort.
Some important things to always remember is to drink lots of water, breathe and only do what feels best for you.

    I really enjoyed this, but oh no the video ended when we were just about to do the standing part, thought it was a problem with my TV but no I Checked and the video had finished. What a shame. :( X❤️. Your routines that like this with a good amount of stretching in them are brilliant if you have a lot of body stiffness, I am finding these routines really good, thank you Meredith. X❤️

    Hi Caroline! That was one of the original workouts I did for KZread...much shorter back then and I didn't usually put a warm-up/cool-down unfortunately!! And this was an all seated workout too.
