Senior and beginner Workout 10 minute ARMS & SHOULDERS with light Weights

This video includes effective exercises for the arms, shoulders and upper back. Work your biceps, deltoids, triceps and forearms. It can be done on its own or part of the mix & match series.
Use light hand weights/dumbbells. I use 3 pounds here, and would recommend anywhere from 1-5 pounds.
Make sure to complete the workout in its entirety. The final exercises for the wrists are crucial and perfect for those with arthritis or osteoporosis!
All of these moves can also be done in a seated position. Whether done seated in a chair or standing make sure to maintain good posture and keep your core engaged (belly button pulled towards the spine).
