No I'm not still doing this it was just an experiment to see if someone would actually buy and they did. If you have the space to grow plants and research plants sold on ebay I believe it would be very lucrative.

Personally I would have loved to know what instructions did you give with the box - they seem to be quite detailed (going by the length of the page)

Would be nice to ship First Class for $3.25 LOL...this is now 2022 and just a 5-7 ounce box costs over $5! I've seen as much as $6.25 for First Class. Ridiculous! Then again, if I was USPS and had to pay the current gas prices...well, there you have it. HAH!

The average I pay is $3.87 for 8 oz today and the max is $4.15 to California

@@thethriftychristian82 Wow, that is great!! I often sell one-offs, so the size of the box I'm sure has to do with it. From VA to CA was over $6. I think small plants/starts are definitely the way to go....small box and hardly weigh anything 😊

@@thethriftychristian82 There's usually a discount through Ebay, however, I have just recently started using Pirate Ship. Sometimes it's a huge difference to just use FedEx or UPS instead of USPS (we're talking $20-30 difference when shipping large boxes!). I'd have to look back and see why that one item cost so much going First Class but I remember thinking "WOW, this is going to make Ebay a lot more difficult than before!"

Pity it's a religious organisation. I'd prefer a non-Christian platform to buy plants or get advice from as Christian dogma should not be forced on the public vis resale or in other areas. 🙃

Thank God that you have that freedom of choice seeing how if you live in the USA a country that was built on 100% Christian values otherwise you'd be forced to buy and take advice from those who would direct your every decision. I respect your opinion. Have a great day!

@@thethriftychristian82 I lived in Israel for 10 years and had complete freedom. The population there testified to centuries of murder, persecution and anti-Semitism meted out by Christianity. Directing your every decision is endemic in Churchianity where people are told who they cannot marry, love or have a relationship with, a very basic human right. Decisions 'directed' all the time.
