Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

in this video I'll show you how to add transfer adhesive to the back of a patch and also show you how I apply my patch to a hat using the hot Tronix hat press.

    The Stahls rep did a demo on JDS Industries video showing off their 360 press. As you said they really pumped up the lower platen radius to avoid creases and create a better form. After watching your techniques I will certainly build up the lower platen and try to eliminate annoying wrinkles in my sublimation transfers.

    Stahls made the 360 IQ to address all this but especially applying patches to the Richardson 112 cap. It is a huge mega seller. I cant stand that company but their caps are in spectacular demand.

    Great video. I have three questions . 1.Can you tell me where you bought the patch material and the name of it 2. Why you use the plastic from Home depot opposed to a Regular stabilizer 3. What programs do you use to do your Digitizing . Thank you

    Will I be able to permanently bond a patch to denim, cotton, or other material with the ultra bond transfer paper? Is it washable? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    I bought this specific material at Walmart its called 3yrds Shason Textile Pro Tuff Outdoor Fabric. Buy it online and get a better price per 3 yard quantity. The plastic is the magic! Its what keeps me from having to use a hot knife. After the outer edge satin stitch is done I just punch out the patch from the plastic. (See video that I made on that process) I use design shop pro+ from melco for my digitizing because I got a little discount when I bought my EMT 16X machine

    I wonder if you can help me answer a question. I want to adhere velcro loop to the inside of a Cordura backpack with a heat transfer method so I can attach pouches. Do you think a standard table iron would do the trick without damaging the Cordura?

    What is the transfer adhesive you are using? Hoping to use with iron-on patches that don't adhere on their own after using hat-press.

    Thank you, what density do you use on your satin border?

  • @thethriftychristian82

    @thethriftychristian82

    9 ай бұрын

    I set it at 3.4. I use Design Shop digitizing software. Just play around with different densities to see what works best. The goal is to punch just enough holes in the plastic as not to separate the patch from it.
