This is the way to do it. It’s definitely my plan to cash out of a day job in my 50s to do a food truck. To build it from the ground up would be scary, but once there’s already a roof over my family’s head then it’s time to party

Hey Andy! I have a cram packed month, but I’m expecting to have something mid June! 🤞

Calls it gourmet pizza but... Uses .. electric oven ..a machine to flatten the dough .. dried spices from a shaker .. dried shredded kraft parmasan .. bulk pre shreded cheese (no fresh mozzarella in sight) And... The pizzas look a bit undercooked. Im sure its nice pizza for what you get at fair grounds but it is definitely NOT gourmet. This is fast-food/football pizza If this was one-bite... I'd guess it would be a 6.7 out if 10
