TEACHING THE KIDS, GOOD ADVICE
This the the cutest thing in the history of ever AND it's a brilliant teaching method (for all of us who are new). I highly recommend Pace do this once in awhile -- broker a deal with a parent / kiddo, so we can understand the concepts in the most simple and straightforward way possible. Brilliant. Just brilliant.
I really enjoyed this, made it so simple! Some of us are not smarter than a 5th grader. I would love to do this with my granddaughters too.

@@PaceMorby I’m trying to negotiate seller finance. I’m giving them modest down payment with interest only payments. And they’re still telling no. Like you said two sides needs to communicate. Their side ain’t communicating. Move on
