Question on the deal mention. What happened to 100K equity in the deal? And how was the new buyer able to give it to the seller? A loan?
I wish I would have known about Pace before I exhausted my savings and pawned my car title to pay for a course that left me to figure it out…but I can’t and won’t give up!

Hallejuah. i cannot wait til i am there closed a deal made 2500 . hubby closed a deal was supposed to make 20k it kept going down , to 10 to7500k to all cash 5,000. they probably double closed no complaining .
