The most painful part about her story is the verbal abuse she got from her step mother. That must have really hurt her self confidence :(

Verbal abuse it´s one of the causes of childhood trauma

Her recovery is very inpirational! I love the way she came out from those rough and tough situations of addiction.

Absolutely disgusting the teacher she showed her bruises to didn't do a D*MN thing

Being able to overcome drug addiction is an incredible feat. I really appreciate the fact that she is doing her best or others not to have the same experience as her.

I would love to be able to share my story on this channel

As long as I have my drugs I do not care anymore. This is how addiction operates. All is fine and dandy until it does not. The odd thing tho is usually its our own vulnerability that pushes people to be here. An excuse perhaps??? but its very valid.

what it feels like when people bodyshame you. It's even worse if it comes from your parents. It affects the self esteem of the individual. Angie is a strong lady and I could tell by listening to her story. I wanted to commit suicide because of people bodyshaming. I'm glad she is doing ok
