I really wish all the people who come here with crippling anxiety and/or panic attacks wellness and peace and hope. Please remember you’re not alone and something will come along that will make it better, it just sometimes takes a bit of time- hang in there.

I have a question. Do you have fast heart rate days after a panic attack?

I am on leave right now and I am stuck in the house due to my anxiety. This is very helpful. I can imagine doing this video everyday or as needed to calm my self until I am ready to venture out in the world again. It works on my first try and will do it again before I sleep tonight and when I get up tomorrow.

I can only breath in to a count of 4 and out to a count of 5. Is that normal. I couldn't do 7 and 11. And so the breathing just makes the anxiety worse 😔
This helped me. Really got rid of a part of my anxiety I think. I cried. Thank you

Been doing this multiple times a day for over a week. I've found this to be the best hypnotherapy track for me. I think because her tone is very emphatic and not too airy fairy. It's kinda no nonesense, 'you don't need this anymore'. Also my anxiety is very trigger based, eg something I read or see, and this focuses on that, and not general anxiety. I feel much more like my old self. Personally I find mixing different hypnoses in the day helps. Try one with a different focus and another time of day.

Sleep hypnosis can really help millions
I had to stop after about 7.5 minutes. Maybe it gets better if you stick it out, but I thought I was going to escalate into a full blown panic attack. This made me feel so much worse.

Hi I have panic disorder and my therapist has told me to avoid meditations that focus on your breathing or heartbeat, or skip that part.

Apparently, hypnotherapy didn't work for the cushion, so it decided to to see a psycodynamic therapist. 🤣

This was absolutely terrible. 15 minutes of a woman reminding you that you have anxiety and that she knows people with anxiety and by the way you have anxiety too so take a few deep breaths and acknowledge that you have anxiety. What a nightmare.
