    To the naysayers dorks in the comment sections these are realistic attack situations from an untrained person. The average person on the street who would attack you from being drunk/high or simply being a creepy person is not a trained MMA fighter.

    The techniques are fine and maybe they're slowing it down for the instruction but I think it would be way better and beneficial showed in a realistic way.

    Unrealistic training and friendly attacker. You give wrong impression to the students. Change the training to realistic attacks.

    They need to learn the movements first, before doing pressure testing / sparring.
