VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Ron and Jess were binge-watching tiny home episodes when they looked around at their animals and each other, quickly realizing they didn’t need the spacious apartment they were living in. Once the decision was made, they dove into tiny home living by self-converting a transit bus for themselves and their fur babies.
These two life coaches work from the road and have a layout that suits the lifestyle. The bus has a design that allows privacy when needed, a welcoming kitchen, and a bedroom that holds a queen-sized bed. Functionality was a priority in this build and they achieved it with numerous space hacks!

    They did a great job on the bus. I was also impressed by the young man's descriptions of what he did, as he seemed humble about it and he spoke clearly about it when given a chance to do so. Not every person does that or comes across that way in videos like this one. I hope you will pass that comment on to him.

    I think the build is lovely, I love the colors and the decor.. The Only thing I would need is a actual small bathroom with shower just a wet bath would be fine for me. I get why you guys did the toilet they way you did. It takes up less space and you gain a sitting area. I'm guessing you use the sink faucet outside the window for outside showering, all good ideas if it works for you. Me being older just like my privacy but that's me. Nothing wrong with doing it your way either. It's all about building a bus to your needs and wants. That's the beauty of doing your own build you get to do it your way 🙂 Lovely bus build... Best wishes to you both

    Not everyone uses a shower in their vehicle, and many people use a laundromat. I might do one, but just soft sided so it's not taking up space. Like a shower curtain on a ring. Something like a storage tub inside a seat that drains outside.

They can use the sink faucet to shower by turning the faucet around so it can hangs out the window then they can take a outside shower.

    Thank you for all of the wonderful comments! I’m seeing lots of bathroom “concerns” LOL we HAVE A BATHROOM AND 2 SHOWERS FOLKS! The shower is in a drawer underneath the toilet. You put up your curtain and BAM. Shower. It also doubles as an outdoor shower (which we prefer over indoor) I will make a more in depth tour eventually and you can hear our reasoning for these things. Can find us EVERYWHERE Unleashed Potential Life Coaching. As well as @VidaNovaBus. Thank you all! ✌️❤️🙏☀️🤙 Wanted to add that our precious baby Luna died RIGHT before filming this. Hi Ronnie. I like your bus very much, and enjoyed your tour and how you both described your bus. :) But I have some curiosity questions about it, because I am considering whether this kind of vehicle would be best for me in the future. Here are some basic questions I hope you will answer if possible. 1. What kind of engine does your shuttle bus have? 2. After the build out, what is the fuel (gas) mileage on the highway? (I assume you travel at posted speed limit, but if different please say so) 3. You have a lot of solar and battery. Do you have a youtube video showing the solar panel installation on the roof? (a "build" type video or demo or discussion) 4. What is the ground clearance under the bus door, once the build was complete and bus is fully loaded. I ask this because I would want to drive on typical dirt roads (western desert areas). Most shuttle buses appear to have a low amount of clearance just below that large front door on passenger side (just behind the front right wheel). I have not measured any shuttles after builds, and wonder how many inches might be there after a typical build such as yours (with all of the nice stuff and water solar, etc.). If these questions are already answered in your own video, a link would suffice, but I often find these points are not covered in "tour" videos. Thanks.

    For me, it looks beautiful and I imagine it’s lovely to live in. However, a reason for me to live in a vehicle would be to explore the great outdoors and really get off the beaten track. Without a shower of some sorts, or unless my partner and I lost all sense of smell, this wouldn’t be possible. And I really don’t need to watch my girlfriend sit and poop every day. Nor would I want to be watched. And my poop can stink; at least if it’s in a little cupboard/room of its own, with an extractor fan, the rest of the home wouldn’t smell.

    There’s 2 showers. Indoor and outdoor. Toilet box is vented. And there’s curtains for all. There’s also a ceiling fan directly above toilet. The tour cut short for whatever reason 👍👍

    They’ll figure it out. I don’t think I would store any food in a bus or van, unless it was in a storage bin with lids, or glass jars for things like grains and beans and such…too many areas of entry for rodents…but maybe the cats help with that.

The reason I ask this is no one ever talks about it snd I wonder if you have thought ahead with ira’s or what ever. Love the shuttle bus nice nice nice

  • @lilyamongbrambles4458

    @lilyamongbrambles4458

    Probably because (I'm guessing) they boondock a lot (not hooked up to shore power) and an ac would need to run off a generator which you just don't want to run all the time so the window ac is set up to run off the solar. I've seen also some off grid setups where they used a mini split ac ( more expensive tho) and run that off solar but traditional ac systems for RVs draw too much power to run off the solar.

    @@lilyamongbrambles4458 like I said if u get an in home-non plug in ac u don't have to plug it in at all it can run off of solar power. Instead of this huge ac hanging out the back dripping water & sucking up a whole bunch of power to work.

    @@deirdrebrown3069 he set that one ( the window ac) to run off the solar by connecting it to the battery power ( with an inverter) which would need the solar to replenish when they aren't plugged in at a campground. It takes much less power to run than an RV ac which can't run off solar because you would need mega wattage of solar to run that Or else you have to run a generator constantly which are noisy and take gasoline. It seems like you are the one who doesn't understand. And why the name calling? I was just trying to answer your question.

    @@deirdrebrown3069 what kind of ac do you know of that doesn't need to be plugged in? They all require electricity to run unless they are running off the batteries which would need solar to replenish if they are not plugged in to shore power. This is a bus, not a sticks and bricks home.
