I really like all the products stated for all of us that struggle with finding the resources. Thank you.
Besides a great build, great narration. Not once did I hear any filler words (I.e. basically, actually, etc.). That is an amazing feat!! You should give classes on how to do that. It’s a real skill set.

How did you secure the cabinets? You should do another video explaining the build process.

Great question! I use toggle bolts to secure the cabinets to the ribbing on the inside of the van
nice work well explained and low the fact that it is all budget friendly and low maintance.

This is great. I've had similar ideas for a van build and it's nice to see someone else that has actually done it. You can save a lot of space and money by doing basic noco shore power/battery pack electrical set up and still have most of the amenities of more expensive builds.
Just subbed, I just got a 159" Promaster high roof. I appreciate you showing yours and sharing some tips and experience. I got a pair of the metal window vents, they are great. I agree with your design mentality, simple, effecient, realistic, cost effective. I'll have to watch again and take notes on which tires and goal zero you have. I'll be watching more times as I gradually build mine while I hit the road. Good tour and edit!
What an excellent job you have done!

I. Love. THIS! I want a 136, cuz smaller to maneuver and park and stealth. But after years of watching van builds it is REAL easy to get overwhelmed with how much all this will cost. Grab the cabinettes from home depot and ya good to go! I like the small kitchen so you can fit in that extra seat...that solves a design challenge i was stuck on. I'm a girl who has lived off grid for 6 years in various RV sizes. I gotta have a shower and toilet. But after seeing this, i have an idea. Thanks for putting this vid together, really helpful to show ya don't have to break the bank to have a nice van build.
Nice Van! Great Choice for off road tires. I like the Cabinet idea, simple and effective.

This is one of the best K.I.S.S. builds I've seen. Function over form gets the job done, and for those of us who don't have 100K or more to drop on a van, this is a good way to go. Cheers!
Love the yeti and how you set up the wire Outside the Van for Solar power. Nice looking interior Love the tires
That’s really nice! Thanks for showing viewers you don’t have to spend a fortune for a beautiful build. Have fun and be safe in your travels 😉

Amazing! That is my favorite van build I've seen after watching a gazillion of them! I really like that it still has the feel of a mobile living space / vehicle rather than just trying to make it look like a conventional house. The rad edge doesn't hurt either : ) Great camera work & presentation too! Happy trails!

@@MaxwellHand Maxwell, I wanted to ask about insurance. Has it been easy to get insurance? My provider sort of "poo-poohed" the idea of me converting a van, saying it needed to be "professionally done" and hinted that my rate might be high if we did it ourselves. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thank you so much.
Just ordered one👍😎 Subscribed and following

Interesting battery setup. I'm thinking of similar setup but I'd try to put in a shower with a suitcase toilet thingy and hook that to an exhaust fan. BTW cute doggy, he looks like JennaMarble's dog Kermit ☺

Well thank you I really appreciate that! I'm definitely trying to keep my style of videos as simple as possible!!!!!
Very nice van build, I may utilize some of your ideas! I like the width of the Promaster which is why I bought one :). Can't wait to start the build. Have to get running boards so I can get into it easily haha. After that I'll put in the floor and then start on the rest. For the squishy front there's a mat I am thinking about getting that protects the front floorboards (squishy too) and the middle section. If I build a platform like yours that would be nice for extra storage, but it would be a high step for me to the floor of the van off the platform sooo... may get the mat instead. I do need to take the armrests off both seats. Those make me feel claustrophobic and really I never use armrests. That will permit a bit more room to slip through from cab to the rear van area. My van will be used for travel and as a mobile office for my business, so I have to be super cognizant of space, appearance and storage. Very happy to have this opportunity and love seeing your unique build. Thanks for sharing!!
I like your set up. Just found you. My goal is a promaster too but me set up will be different. I want my kitchen on the side where your large bench is. I want a 6ft 30 inch wide couch as you open the door. I need a small corrider down the middle to I always can escape from either end
@MaxwellHand

Sounds like that will be a good set up!

You coupd have a flip up middle / fold out sides on the couch to be able to get from cab to living area. Or something like that? Or just vault over the couch!
This is very similar to my planned build. Nice job!
