4:28 standing with both feed in one direction is dangerous anyways. i dont understand why this is even a thing. either you stand goofy , regular or front feet straight and the other diagonal.

Some people prefer having the option to stand with both feet parallel. It is useful when you want to switch stances and a bigger platform means it will be more stable.

@@jcyt2023 What stance lol. You want to squat on a scooter? Toe forward parallel feet is dangerous because you cannot effectively shift center of body mass to assist steering. It is not about what some people want, when they don't know what they want can put them in a ditch...

So the brake lever is actually for both brakes. Another pro which makes it easier to brake

I just ordered one, but would prefer 500watts.

Is the battery life long?

Not a bad little scooter but I still prefer the Max. I think the F40 is good though in terms of being more portable and it has a nice design and fairly strong and durable also. G30 is my go to but the F40 is my second from the Segway scooters. It does have some advantages to the Max.

Scooter going strong it's winter so we not using it too much but range seems accurate.

@@jcyt2023 thank you! I’m from Toronto too and right now it isn’t exactly legal to ride an e-scooter, have u guys had any problems riding it around? Also since you guys have had the F40 for awhile now, is it still in good condition? Like no issues or anything? I’m planning to buy the F40 too and just wanna know if it’s really worth it since it’s not really the cheapest and little pricey.

@@leiannevillamor yea no issues. Its less heavy than the Costco one the GP300 or I forget the model number. and the triangle frame is nice for locking it securely

Countries outside of the US is typically locked to 25km/h to my understanding

if you want extra comfort just inflate the tires to 32 psi. 40 psi or above is too much.

Not an expert, but in my part of Europe it is sold under e, like 'Europe or EU' and the scooter comes with a 25km/h speed limit. In Germany, the law limits the speed to 20km/h and that version is sold as d for 'Deutchland'. The a is I think an Australian version with no speed limits. That leaves me only with i for which I suspect stands for 'international'....

Ninebot gx 30 L vs f40, what is best

I can't give a precise answer as I have only the f40. But based on website specs it looks like the ninebot max is about 5lb heavier than this one. It doesn't sound like a lot. But if you are lugging it onto trains/busses etc it really makes a difference.

The F40 improves over the G30LP in various ways but especially weight (~4lbs difference) with approximately the same range. However, if compared to the G30P, the F40 has 33% less range, so the weight difference there (~6lbs) will come down to whether you want more range or more convenience. I personally use the G30P and my wife will get the F40.

U tryed to connect with it wrong and the motor is very weak compared with the Ninebot G30

It's preconfigured to that max speed out of the box. At least for Canadian customers. Maybe your local laws require yours to be a lower speed?

You may have to connect it to your app and complete a safety course. After the course is done, it unlocks full speed.
