Just knowing Seether and what Shaun normally writes/sings about, I'm guessing this is more about a sour relationship using religion as a metaphor than it is truly about religion. The phrase, "You're no Jesus Christ", to me is saying that whoever "You" is directed at is not perfect. And just as a thought to everybody debating religion, everyone is Agnostic, which means we all don't know. You could be the biggest Christian in the world, with unwavering faith in God, but you still know as much of the truth as anyone who has ever lived, which is basically none. Faith and Certainty may provide similar peace of mind, but are nowhere close to a synonym.
