When Blitz was making jokes and getting Stolas to laugh, he was joking about a wife falling out of bed and hitting her head on the way down, bleeding, and peeing herself. With the wife that Stolas has, it's no wonder he found that bit a little fun to imagine. xD

Why do people keep forgetting when Loona told Blitz "I was almost 18!" in episode 2 when he talked to her about adopting her? It's pretty obvious she wouldve just been dumped on the streets when she became a legal adult, just like most orphanages do to kids who dont get adopted

The fact that Blitzo projected his protectiveness over Loona onto a pug had me smiling like an idiot. Their relationship is wholesome af.

2:09 - It's not the horns specifically, it's the pattern on the horns as well as hair color. Black with thin white stripes and black hair are AFAB, and equal sized stripes and white hair are AMAB. Sally Mae actually has white spots in her hair, where her horns connect

While the hair thing is usually accurate, there are several imps who don't follow that scheme. Horns are definitely sexually dimorphic, though.

I love that Stolas got sunglasses just to put them in his hair where his other eyes usually are.

I noticed that stolas didn't call Blizø "blizy" the entire EP, something changed, and I don't think they talked about what happened on the ozzies

I busted out laughing when I saw that. I need to get me one of those.

The way that this season's Episode 2 mirrors the first season's Episode 2 is amazing. Obviously, focusing on Stolas and Octavia's relationship is one thing, but it goes so much deeper than that: The unreleased verse from Stolas' song to Octavia in Season 1 was "The day that you arrived, the sun went black in artificial night. You came and stole away the light, and put it in your eyes." It's about how Octavia made Stolas so happy, everything else pales in comparison. But in this episode, Stolas tells her about Azethoth's Tears... they are cosmic tears of every unrealized hope and dream. But instead of seeing those meteors with her father like she wanted, Octavia ends up crying herself. She once again takes the cosmos into herself...

The way Blitzo treats Loona is the same way I treated my dog when I adopted him. He wasn’t just a pet to me, he was my baby. I don’t see myself as a very lovable person and sometimes can’t see myself as someone worth loving to anybody. But when I’m with my boi, I felt like my life has value and purpose because he was there to make my bad days better. And in return, I poured all the love and affection I have into him. If I can’t love myself 100% then I’ll do the next best thing and give 120% of all I got in making sure my baby was happy, safe, and knows he is loved. Sadly, I lost him in 2019, 6 months after my dad passed away. People can say 2020 sucked, but 2019 almost killed me from heartbreak. I’m still affected it to this day.

Yep, there's a running joke in the episode where posters throughout the city have a warning from the health department that the LA water is 2% sewage overflow and 98% literal acid. This is probably part of the reason for the fire at the studio, but given the music in the background is the same as when Stolas possessed Agent 2 and summoned himself, there may be more to it. Given just how high he is in the demonic nobility, just him holding an object might be enough to corrupt it. As he did throw the bottle in anger...or just frustration, it could have had some unintended consequences, and let a bit of hellfire out. Blitz's flashback reaction almost seemed like him being in a fugue state. He seemed to think that he was actually protecting Loona, not the random pug he actually was holding. As for being emotional, I'm in my 40's and choked up a bit during the Loona-Octavia scene. The line, "why does he hate her more than he loves me", and Loona's realization that she's not just talking about Stolas, hits bloody hard. Also, the fire at the end appears to be the studio in flames. Loona's probably off the hook.

The heart to heart talk with Loona and Octavia was sweet. Despite the anger issues, Loona still is kind enough to give advice to Octavia and the trouble in her parents life right now. I'm happy that she doesn't know what happened yet between Stolas and Stella from the ending of the last episode.

That punch to the picture of Stella was beautiful!! XD

Seeing teen Via wake up happy and excited instantly broke my heart.

This episode was absolutely packed but it did manage to give us so many dynamics at the same time. The dads, the daughters, the dads and their daughters... and M&M. A brilliant episode! Also, I really like how they showed us the scene when Blitzø adopted Loona.

One more fun notice I only saw rewatching it with you here. The guy Octavia landed on was the "Brendan Ragers" that Blitz was mistaken for

A lot of this episode didn't really do it for me, but I loved the bit where Stolas grabs a pair of red sunglasses to substitute for his upper pair of eyes. He just doesn't feel right without them on his head. :) Moxxie and Blitzo have changed their relationship tremendously after the events of "Truth Seekers". Instead of mocking and yelling at him nonstop, Blitzo respects his opinion and looks to him for support, and Moxxie is confident and even affectionate about giving it.

First and foremost: Welcome to the community! Also a few interesting details. - Azathoth's tear is named after one of horror author H. P. Lovecraft's gods. Azathoth is basically the physical black hole in the center of the universe, also known as the Blind Idiot God. So its now theorized that there are Lovecraftian gods in the show. - Loona calling Moxxie fat is most likely refers to his ego. There is a childish insult "Fat head" that refers to someone having a large ego, and honestly, I can see that in the end of the episode. - When Stolas transforms into a human, you can see Blitzø blushing. He definetly has feelings for Stolas, but pushes him away. - When Octavia is on the bus, you can see an actor leaving his wife and immidiatly starts a new relationship (this is a reference to a Kanye West scandal, I don't know anything about it, and honestly don't really care), and Octavia just looking away, just reminds her of her own situation. She most likely doesn't know that her birth was just beacause of an eranged marrige. It makes sense that Stolas doesn't want to tell her, since it would broke her, that basically "nobody wanted her". - Octavia being found at the observatory makes a lot of sense, since her entire family is deep into star and cosmos observing. - And through the entire episode, stolas never calls Blitzø "Blitzy". This never happened before in any episodes, except in season 1 ep. 7, after their argument. They definetly remember this, because they are way less flirty in this episode, alongside that, outside the fact that "We have to find our daughters" they doesn't really interact. Even tho it's so obvious that they like eachother, but Blitzø pushes him away couse he doesn't want to disapoint anyone, and Stolas doesn't know, how to interact romaticly thanks to the fact his marrige was not by love.

I think the Loona calling Moxxie fat is just a running joke more than an ego thing. It goes all the way back to the pilot when he's like why would someone fax me this weight loss thing? and Loona says "Come on, you know why"

About what happened to that producer when Stolas threw the water bottle at him: When the IMP Gang landed on eart, there was a safety warning in the back behind Blitz saying that the LA Water contains 98% literal ACID!!! You shouldn't drink it. So when Stolas threw the Water on him, he got burned by acid.

After last episode we get this episode reminding us that Stolas and Blitz are trying to break the cycle and be better fathers. And going off of that conversation between Loona and Octavia they are succeeding.

When I saw you getting the punching bag with Stella I immediately thought "Don't worry, she's barely involved!"

After the recent tear jerking Owl House premiere, we honestly needed something wholesome and Helluva Boss delivered that! I loved how the episode focus on Loona an Octavia and their relatable daddy issues honestly they’re pretty much sisters at this point!

There was a Health risk warning poster stating that 90% of the bottled water is basically acid waste, hence why the director started melting.

I cried too at the Loona and Octavia part.

Earlier, Octavia accidentally killed the real Brendan Ragers when she landed on Earth.

The imps all have horns but the colors are different. Millie’s horns are mostly black with really thin white lines and Blitz and Moxy have really thick bands of pretty even black and white. Sally Mae had the thicker lines. The Fizzarolli parts are sometimes easier to notice on the second watch. In episode 2 Blitz calls the robot version a robot ripoff of a sellout jester, hinting that the original was still out there. There was also a poster advertising the robofizz bodies as like a sex doll. So there are a lot of them around. Someone at Ozzy’s mentions the sex dolls too. I’m curious about what happened when Blitz went back home to the circus last episode. I feel like maybe the theft got back to the nobility and the circus was punished. His shitty dad would have blamed Blitz completely I’m sure. But something had to have happened at that circus - we know blitz is scarred, Little Fizz was maimed (that’s why he’s a cyborg) and Blitz’s mom is gone. His sister is also frequently in rehab which could be a trauma thing.

The Fizz stuff is actually on posters in Loolooland. (This series has an absurdly large amount of world building through detailed backgrounds.)

This episode was the one that really also made me cry. The thing that's also very sweet is you can tell Loona still love's Blitz, such as after hitting him with the book she smiled, and still knows he cares about her and is trying.

If I remember correctly, moxxie is from the ring of greed, so it makes a bit of sense that he was trying to hoard all the things ppl wanted to give him. I am also a hoarder of things (being an artist of multiple mediums) and it was just a really cute thing I found about Moxxie❤😊

I love how expressive and emotional you get during the reactions. I prefer it then when I'm looking at reaction where they just watch the whole thing and then they are like "Yeah I really liked it!" and I'm just like "you sure?". It really bothers me if I see someone making fun of your or other people's reactions so just if you see any of that try not to take it to heart too much. You're amazing it doesn't matter what those people think. You have your audience who loves you and that's important.

Loona is 22, as confirmed by Vivzie in a stream. And a 5 year age gap is pretty common in couples, so I don't really have any issue with it.

I feel like the Brendan Ragers had to be an easter egg. After all Brandon Rogers does voice Blitzo

You know an episode is going to hit the feels when it behind with a Stolas and Baby Octavia flashback.

I do feel like there's a lot of context missing between Stolas and Blitz after the incident at Ozzies when they both got called out and they clearly did not part on good terms

Earlier in the episode you can see a sign that says that L.As water is 2% sewage and 98% acid. That's the reason why the producer burned from the water bottle.

Fun facts: 1) The hellhound adoption lady was voiced by Monica Franco, who voiced Vaggie in the Hazbin Hotel pilot. 2) Brendon Ragers was the person who threw up and died in the beginning of the episode.

I don’t think the real “Brennon Rogers” has to worry about being arrested. If you watch back to when Octavia first landed in LA; the person she landed on was the real Brennon. I don’t think he was alive anymore with the way his eye was popped out of his head.

Octavia actually crushes the real Branden Ragers when she shows up in LA, he has the same outfit and hair and everything (his eye is just hanging out) so no worries about Blitz causing someone to go to prison

All the imps have horns, it's just that amab imps have equally sized black and white stripes on theirs, while afab imps have mostly black horns with only thin stripes of white also, while yes, the imp that performed alongside Blitzo at the circus was young Fizzarolli, we did also see Blitzo's sister in the background: if you pay attention to the young imp with the parasol on the high-rope you can tell that she looks a lot like Blitzo, that's his twin sister (and about telling the real Fizz from the robotic one: Fizzarolli told us in the Ozzie episode that the one used in Loo Loo Land is a robotic copy of him and taking a closer look at Ozzie's Fizz you also can tell that the only parts of him that appear robotic are his arms and legs, they're prosthetics; he probably lost his horns somehow too, considering how flexible his jester's cap is despite supposedly covering where his horns should be)

When blitzo was standing on the dumpster there was a warning about the water being contaminated, so that's why the guy was burning. And they were looking for Brennan because when Octavia got to L.A. she landed on him and killed him.

You are right when it comes to Blitz's reaction when first meeting Loona, it is like him saying, "I know how you feel"

11:50 When Blitzo, Stolas, and the rest of them first got to the human world this episode you can see a poster on a brick wall saying the water has acid in it.

okay, to explain the sister situation, both Blitzo and his twin sister, Barbie Wire, were performers in the Circus; Barbie was an acrobat and Blitzo was a clown. as for the performance thing, it's shown in the episode "Looloo Land" that Blitzo was a clown working with Robo Friz (and apparently not a good one because, and I quote "told lazy jokes" Probably the same kind as in this episode)

It seems like I found loads of interesting things in this episode that seems to surprise to hear. Here is a list of what I found: •There is appearance of Verosika Mayday during M&M moment at the art stand as she was human keychain •Guy with fro from S1 Ep 3 “Spring Broken” came back to be a fan of Brendon Rangers •Tour guy from S1 Ep 4 “Cherub” is back doing his tour •The side couple at the bus scene seem to be Kanya West break up moment •Also there was a little Among Us astronaut during the tour bus scene •Inside the shop Octavia went to have It/Chucky doll with a GhostFace mask at the window display •During the Blitz and Stolas at the show, before if you can see the girl doing “snorting” in dressing room •On Loona’s phone have apps of each pride ring in hell •Octavia’s Hellagram account is based on her real Instagram account with her age being actually 17 •The old hellhound during Blitz’s flashback is voiced by Vaggie’s Voice Actor from Hazbin Hotel And later news this episode was supposed to been release around Halloween but Viziepop got plans for this Halloween as it might be Hazbin Hotel news or Helluva boss since both shows first aired on Halloween.

Another possibility for why Stolas is ok after drinking acid water is because he is the patron demon of poisonous plants and regularly goes up into space, which is radioactive. My theory is if he wasn’t naturally immune he could have built up an immunity over time.

Man... S1E2 and S2E2 got me so much in the feels, I guess that makes me an Octavia stan since episodes with her in it are my favorite lol I wanna see Octavia & Loona do more stuff together, like a concert would be an epic episode or special ^_^ BTW!!
