See The AWESOME POWER of the Two Stage Tesla Turbine!!

Here we show our latest two stage Tesla Turbine.
We also have a new website you can visit and will soon be able to purchase new prototypes and view special content. iEnergySupply.com We will soon have model Tesla Turbines that you can purchase to help further our research and development for the production version of the Tesla combustion engine that could replace all engines in the world with a cheaper to produce and with the highest fuel efficiency today! Nikola Tesla claimed to achieve 10 hp with every pound of weight, that would mean your 500 lb engine would have nearly 5000 Horse power!!!!
As far as we know, no one has built Nikola Tesla’s British Patent 179,043 - Improved Process of and Apparatus for Production of High Vacua, which is the key to reaching 100% preformance. In the first paragraph of the patent he states, "In the development of power by thermodynamic prime movers, as steam engines and turbines, a low back pressure is essential to good economy, the performance of the machine being increased from fifty to one hundred per cent, by reducing the absolute pressure in the exhaust space from fifteen to about one pound per square inch. " - Nikola Tesla
In order to reach maximum efficiency with any turbine, piston, or jet engine, you must extract the maximum amount of heat energy from the system possible, and that means everything needs to run cool. Nearly all energy loss in today’s machinery exists in the form of heat. Others include unwanted mechanical and electrical vibrations that work against the proper function of the system, but are insignificant when compared to the energy lost in the form of heat and unburnt fuel. We have taken care of these issues with the help of Nikola Tesla.
The greatest forms of heat energy loss include friction from the many thousands of moving parts in the engine. We have reduced all moving parts in the engine to one.
Normally heat is viewed as a bad thing. This is no longer perceived as true.
Only when you add British Patent 179,043 - Improved Process of and Apparatus for Production of High Vacua to TESLA PATENT 1,061,206 TURBINE are you able to extract enough heat from the gasses under pressure to reach his 100% preformance mark and this has never been done before until now. See video • Extremely Efficient Te...
Note: This is an older design with blades. We will be changing them to disks in the next prototype as Nikola Tesla has advised, making the turbine even more efficient.
We now show how we can replace the internal combustion engine with only one moving part, as opposed to the thousands of parts normally required so you can see how that would drastically decrease the cost of production.
It's about time we moved away from the complicated and inefficient types of engines that we use to power our machinery! Please visit our youtube channel here.
We show how we can replace the internal combustion engine with only one moving part, as apposed to the thousands of parts normally required. Moving parts are responsible for many inefficiencies in today's engines. This is caused by heat loss from the friction they undergo during operation.

  • @iEnergySupply

    @iEnergySupply

    4 жыл бұрын

    As much pressure as a 1/4" piece of wood can handle that was the thickness of the first stage. Remember though the pressure is reduced by the second stage so not much pressure can build up in the turbine other then the periphery of the first stage sidewalls. Not as much as you would think. The inlet was 1/2" wide by 1/32" thick. The main problem was the rotor shifting and making contact with the side walls, this caused it to rapidly heat up and make the plastic soft. The explosion was from the rotor breaking and sending that kinetic energy into the casing of the turbine.

    in a book i read on theory, the author tells a story about someone testing a prototype machine at a Vegas trade show with about 20 people looking on when the thing violently blew apart (no shields) and in a miracle no one was hit with shrapnel. the thing was made of metal and the author notes that had the creator understood theory, the device would not have utilized the materials the way it was done. Basically the man build a bomb which at speed would fail in amazing fashion. we had a tesla turbine at the tech school where i got my degree in green energy but it had a regulator on the air flow to prevent over speed, however the top speed of that one might have done the same thing you got. i'm glad you are proactive and stayed safe.

    Indeed. Good planning on his part. You could make a solid enclosure but I would go with a much larger one--say a 2x2x2 foot cube. More space provides more time for the shrapnel to spread out more over a larger area before impacting the shield.

    That’s amazing! You have plums of steel and maybe not the best judgement, but that’ll take you a long way. Good luck with this, I’m excited to see what you could do if you machine out of much stronger materials. You could REALLY use a 5 axis machine for that housing, the internal radius’s will be challenging, but you’ll pull it off. I wonder how good of a finish you’d need? You want little turbulence as possible between housing a plates.

    These Tesla turbines are great and have not been used enough. The question is not how much power they generate but what is the power generated vs what power it took to create the compressed air. IMHO these turbines are best suited in water fall situations.

  • @sylviarohge4204

    @sylviarohge4204

    @@niteknight265 Tesla turbines have been in use for a long time. Usually in the opposite way as a pump for liquids. But not for generators, as mankind has no material that can withstand the massive centrifugal forces. Modern turbines achieve efficiencies of over 90%, in order to achieve these efficiencies in the "industrial" framework with a Tesla turbine, the disks would have to rotate at their outermost end at a speed of more than Mach 10. Even the most powerful titanium alloys are too weak for this.

    Great video! I feel the issue was as the RPM increases the air travels around the housing more times taking longer to escape through the exhaust. At this point the back up of exhausted air with a continual supply causes the wooden housing to become a pressure vessel. Well done to get 40000 rpm, looking forward to see the CMC version maybe with a slightly larger exhaust and inlet. An even bigger well done to look after your own safety and use protective glass.

It would help reduce the weight of your machine to meet your spec of 10 horsepower to one weight ratio. I've seen suppliers for it online it comes in any thickness you want. Believe it can be machined or CNC.

    This reminds me of the Tesla earthquake machine on explosion. One challenge about this turbine is the material for the discs. The more we go infinitely flat, the more we expose them to warping, creeping and eventual damage as experienced by Tesla. However, in this case, the wooden housing didn't give the required protection as well so yeah, it was a housing fault but with a nice output connection whose resistive errors can be ignored for demonstration purposes

    You need to look up Frank Germano's research into it, use nitronic steel plated with a boron carbide buffered to extreme smoothness for the discs and a stainless steel, hastelloy, nimonic, or brightray superalloys for the shaft and housing. THAT IS if you're going for strength, heat resistance, and stress resistance.

    Good guess, although I believe the rotor shifted, the balancing company dropped the rotor and the shaft bent, sadly, so he balanced it with a bent shaft, the shaft couldn't be centered correctly and there wasn't enough room for the rotor collars to center the shaft. I believe it hit the side walls at 35k rpm and rapidly heated up causing the centrifugal force to break the rotor apart once it became hot due to the friction.

    Please attach a LOAD to the generator, something which consumes CURRENT, not just measuring the 'open voltage'. A 1 Ohm resistor, or even short the outputs and measure the current. The 'back EMF', will drastically reduce the speed. I have seen numerous 'free running' Tesla Turbines.

    We just attached a generator to our latest turbine and powered a 1000w motor, although it did it's job the generator was unbalanced so most of the power was lost to vibration. We will soon attach it directly to the shaft to demonstrate the power, we will also show the motor's amp's and volts to show the turbines potential capabilities with solid numbers.

    Is it crazy that the money number for these is about 70,000-80,000 rpms? At this rpm the system quiets down and is running nearly at 90% efficiency.

  • @iEnergySupply

    @iEnergySupply

    Close but it depends on the periphery speed of the rotor. The greater the circumference of the rotor, the greater the periphery speed per RPM. It's high periphery speed that brings out the efficiency of the machine. Generally the higher the rpm the faster the periphery although the periphery speed is dependent on the rpm times the circumference of the rotor/disks. In this case we achieved the highest periphery speed we know of, and the efficiency was much greater then we have ever seen.
