This playthrough was recorded before the February patch. That does not matter at all because almost none of the glitches/game design issues brought up in this video were fixed with said patch. Also, this is not a complete collection of every major glitch I encountered; I gotta save some surprises for my full analysis.

apparently only the vents below the place caught fire, obviously because the only animatronics Henry set out to burn was now in those vents and so there was no need to set the rest of the place ablaze. Even if he had done that, the building would have collapsed and set anyone who was still holding on during the fire free

this game needs auto saving but i do think some horror and stealth games are better without this game is too long and a broken mess but the idea that you have to take the time and watch your back to save does lend itself to a horror game heck it's worked before look at majora's mask how you can only save every time you reset time it works cuz it adds to the tension but here. no it does not work. it doesn't add anything but frustration

The fact that disabling voice lines can completely break the game. Also loved that you noticed that Vanessa just walked into a wall lmao. Chica’s teleporting is honestly really immersion breaking. It definitely isn’t the only thing that breaks immersion, but it is one of them for sure.

The fact that the game doesn’t autosave a lot is unforgivable.

The developers should've taken a page out of Outlast. From autosaves to making the pizzeria actually look scary and dark instead of blooming with color and neon lights (also, Vannessa should've been the main character instead of Gregory. It fits the theme of being a security guard).

it's comical how this game thinks that every game over needs to be preceeded with a jumpscare. i guess it makes sense since it's a fnaf game, but with the previous entries, the gameplay was so simple that i understood it. with this game, though, where you need to do so much more, including exploring an entire area, it doesn't seem to fly as well. falling into what is essentially a bottomless pit at 20:43 seems like an egregious example. it's not enough that the player falls in a spot he can't get out of or that he screams on the way down. nope, let's also have the dead animatronics down there come to life to drive it home.

Seeing how unreasonable and irritating the check points are makes me grateful for the well placed ones in Mario games. In Super Mario Galaxy for example theyre placed RIGHT before boss fights, not so far away you must repeat an entire area you've already been through again.

Fun fact: They copied some mechanics from a fan-game (The Joy of Creation: Story Mode) where you have to look at the enemy, so it would stop moving. Both enemies were endoskeletons. The fan-game was made by Nikson in 2017. and it's much *MUCH* better made than this broken bull-bull.

this game was such a disaster. you know it's bad when people make entire challenge videos about the glitches in this game. the lack of autosaving is a decision I refuse to believe a logical human being could ever possibly imagine would be a good idea. animatronics and the patrol bots teleporting without an ounce of subtlety is laughable at best and absolutely hair splitting at worst. but above all, the fact that Steel Wool decided to spit in the face of the amazing ending to Pizzaria Simulator by _BRINGING BACK WILLIAM AFTON AFTER HE AND THE OTHER REMAINING ANIMATRONICS WERE BURNED TO FREE THEIR SOULS_ is absolutely unforgivable. there is in no way any good reason as to why they brought back Springtrap and the Molten animatronics. Henry and Michael released the souls inhabiting those hunks of scrapmetal, and William was sent to hell or purgatory to be tortured for eternity by Cassidy for his crimes. literally why is he back? what purpose does he serve in this game? they could've done so much more with Vanny being the big bad at the end of the game, why go with the surprise of "oh actually fuck Pizzaria Simulator's ending. Afton is actually still alive because give us money stupid fucks" this is objectively the worst FNAF game and is one of the worst games to ever exist

Pretty disappointing how this game turned out in my opinion. It was still fun to watch a full playthrough...one time (while I enjoy watching the older games again and again). I dont even understand the story its trying to tell or what Gregory's doing there in the first place. And I dont consider it canon since its not making a lot of sense. After all, FNaF 6 and 7 gave such a satisfying conclusion and I HATE it when something new then tries to suddenly take that away and act like the true ending never happened, and when it does that...how can it possibly be canon?? I've felt this way about some movies and Yoshi's new island (pretending the beautiful ending in Yoshi's Island suddenly didnt happen) attempting to screw over perfectly happy, good endings that leave me satisfied on where Im spending my time. Its comforting knowing that something with this nonsense, and acting like the true ending and its events didnt happen, simply cant be canon as its not even trying to be! It's just...there on its own, probably to be forgotten about. Something I did like seeing in security breach was Freddy, one of the animatronics, being your friend. But the game's also so broken and I hate feeling that level of frustration and stress in games when theyre meant to be fun and enjoyable. The lack of properly placed auto saves in a buggy game that is NOT very well designed doesnt help. If I want a game where I go on an adventure and explore, Im sticking to Super Mario and other games that are designed incredibly well! And only have glitches that are silly and wont be stumbled on during normal play!

I'm really considering uninstalling Security Breach from my PS5...

I agree with you but also disagree: I don't think they were entirely lazy, but definitely over ambitious. It's like the difference between someone baking you a plain, undecorated cake, and an overly decorated but burned cake with some of the pieces missing. They definitely tried, but they had to remove a ton of content, kept pushing back the launch date, absolutely refused to reduce to scope of the game so they could manage it and it turned into... This. A broken glitchfest that still sucks after multiple patches because it was doomed to fail from the premise alone. There's some great segments and ideas in here, they clearly worked hard at SOME point. But no effort was made to SLOWLY build out a working system, instead everything was thrown together all at once and patched together with glue and toothpicks. It's like game design 101 of how NOT to plan out your game. It's actually fascinating watching interviews with the devs before launch. Consistently they would say they HAD to add stuff, therefore the game was taking longer. Yet if they had just cut down the size of the game and fixed the bugs (especially the awful ones on launch), it could've been a decent game! Then again I've had a blast watching people tear this game in half through speedruns and even beating the game BACKWARDS. So despite how terrible it is, I really wouldn't have it any other way. Well except the plot elements. And most of the characters. I love watching this game but I would NOT wanna play it myself, god no.

Since Steel Wool added autosaves for the clock that appears on the screen in Security Breach, then why not add autosaves for each generator that you turn on to make your missions more easier? Like for the Daycare Attendant, Glamrock Chica in the kitchen basement, Glamrock Chica in the sewers, DJ Music Man, and then the Afton Ending. And why not add autosaves for each shot that you make, by using the gun things to fill that giant ball bucket to the brim in order to defeat Monty? Why not even add autosaves for each room that you come in in the PizzaPlex, while also doing tasks? Why not add auto saves for each flag that you capture at Fazer Blast? Then, finally, why not add autosaves for each time that you get the patterns correct, while upgrading Glamrock Freddy? Then this game would be much better, easier, and less stressful.

Thank you for the schadenfreude. The game was a hellish mess on day one, and bad after the first patch. The game is very playable now after various patches, yet some bugs and lack of functionality is still present. Thanks youtube for suggesting this video. After watching it I shall now go play this game for the fourth time.

This is the worst Five Nights at Freddy’s game and horror game I’ve ever seen, I’ve never seen a game that hates its players so significantly that it straight up kills you by game breaking bugs, random teleports, staff bots that are impossible to avoid, weapons that don’t do anything, no continues or autosaves and the game kills you during the final cutscene and during the credits on the true ending, and what’s worse is that it’s not even scary even though it’s suppose to but it’s not, it’s just a broken steaming pile of dog shit where you can literally see the stink lines coming from it. So there is absolutely no way Steel Wool play tested this garbage before release!😠

So, thoughts on The Mimic? (Basically, Afton IS dead, some robot that witnessed his crimes is trying to copy them and is the true identity of Burntrap)

most people may see all of this as a retcon purely to make money and excite fans. but that's not what this is at all, not technically. pizzeria simulator was planned to be a failure from the beginning by Scott. After all, not only are the animatronics normally melted down to create remnant in the first place and are still fine from the intense heat, but Springtrap was in Fazbear's fright even after the flames went out meaning he survived through all of that. fire was never going to work anyway dispite what the scooper blueprints said. the only way anyone was ever going to be freed is through a process we see in the fourth closet. where Carlton helped put the pieces of the spirits back together and got them to see through their delusion that William was their friend. thus allowing them to see past the friendly springbonnie facade and see the true monster behind it. William was tricking the souls into keeping him alive, that's what he was basically doing. But then those souls saw through his lies, and they let him die inside the furnace at the end of the conflict.

It wasn't planned, the way the whole connection terminated thing was done seemed final, as evidence you can consider Henry's speech. Even if it was planned, it's bad. Henry's sacrifice meant nothing? Really? Not to mention Michael Afton. Also, the FNAF 6 location was designed to be a trap, unlike FNAF 3, so them surviving it is stupid

… oh no. I’ve played multiple video games, and the only, ONLY, one I’ve dropped because the performance was so AWFUL was Pokémon Violet. I quit that game within its first 30 minutes because I genuinely could not tolerate the horrible and completely unacceptable performance. This is coming from someone whose only option to play A Hat in Time was the Nintendo switch, and still ADORES it as their ultimate all time favorite video game. So I think I have a rather strong tolerance for bad performing games. Within the first 2 minutes and 30 seconds of this game, I would’ve dropped it from performance alone.

So what will you rank this game for your worst game list?

Tbh the animatronics don't have real eyes. They shouldn't even get blinded by lazers in the first place, right? So what does him wearing sunglasses even matter in that case?
