Started from watching the dog whisperer and ended up watching the Arm Wrestling Caesar Millan ,this is way better 😊

FUCCKKKK, now you gotta buy him whatever he wants 🤣 On a real note, this man after all this time is still a fucking monster. You really overpower and out technique so many people but then you have someone like this come in and absolutely dominate after so much time off. Salute to this man and nothing but praise to him for fighting his fight and keeping this positive attitude. I absolutely loved this.

This seemed like the most instructional coaching yet on your channel. Tank covered so much. Very nice of him to spend this much time teaching

thanks for uploading this, whisperer! im not fighting in big tournaments but me and my cousins in the province do have a yearly inter-family matchups once a year, im the lightest one standing at 5'7 feet but i managed to beat my 6'1 cousin back in 2020. I never beat him again and lost the 2021 and 2022 match, the 2022 one felt like i was up against a wall. Now i have 6 more months of prep and the info at 7:40 is gonna be a big help. I always take my protein source an hour after the workout, now im gonna try that tip and force it in those muscles right after the workout,

I watched this and still don't understand the differences in the techniques. I feel this lesson is going to pay massive dividends in the Whisperer's Career. Im a musician so I would never arm wrestle anyone and I think to understand it Id have to experience it first hand which is something I will never do. Ill enjoy the sport from a far and am extremely excited to follow whisperers career as he is such a gifted, disciplined, committed Athlete and Rising Star! Your content could be important for martial artists, I think. For BJJ dudes especially, because youre using peoples strength against them, sort of, and also placing limitations on how theyre able to use that strength, and thats ju jitsu as fuck. This stuff is relevant to more than just arm wrestling. First thing I thought of when I saw the thumbnail with you and Big Rig, was videos of this 5' 2" Shaolin monk just absolutely destroying dudes three times his size and probably way stronger, and doing it with technique and timing. Same stuff going on here. I dig it
