Hey man out of curiousity...whats your diet like ? And any supplements? Like protein , creatine ..etc???
I kinda think I want the smoke Mr. Whisperer...im new to all this, but, I wanna feel your power. Im only on month 3 of my arm wrestling training/journey and it seems like most normal sized untrained humans stand 0 chance against me. Now, I 100% get how u and schoolboy do this to the untrained peasants with fluffy muscles. Today, I beat 4 meat heads, 1 of em benches 450 and I've never benched anything...noticing a massive difference in torque capability between me and anyone that dosent train for toproll/rise/back pressure. The sport of arm wrestling has me hooked and my elbow on fkn fire 😆 Id love to sneak up on u doing this bs to the untrained peasants and give u a run for your money...down south by any chance? Louisiana to be more specific. Id actually be down to come get my ass handed to me at a tournament if they land anywhere between Texas and Florida. Just know this Mr Whisperer...as the guy that inspired me to begin, you are my "Final Boss", and I'm coming for you.

Why don’t you just get with a local club? Arm wrestling is a very open sport and they will help train you for free including the whisperer, you just have to be local.

it's the length of the arms that matters the most, if your arms are longer you already have an advantage over the other.
