I think Devon might actually be the best sportsman of all time. Regardless of whether you like his tactics when he’s in a match or not, he loves the sport and teaches and shares his knowledge with anyone who’ll listen and is willing to learn.

All that technique and strategy and levan came along and took a load of HGH and steroids, went from 80kg to 180kg and beat Devon 6-0 lol. Sad really. Sport is going backwards with levan at the top

Technique and strategy absolutely do matter. But levan's strength is so out of this world, no amount of technique and strategy can compensate for such a large strength gap. Only Zaur can stand up to him, and thats where technique and strategy will matter again, wheb the strength of the two is fairly close. Any strength gap bigger than that and u just get plowed through. Then again, look at Eddie Hall armwrestling. He has the strength but lacks technique, so he loses to weaker opponents strength-wise. Levan might not know as much technique as Devon, but he knows how to armwrestle and his strength is insanr

Man Devon is a true leader, showing the way for these beasts and demonstrating techniques while giving them a challenge to let then practice.

This is why trade school is so important. Passion in life. It’s deeper than just arm wrestling. It’s the bonding, teaching and learning between generations. The passing of the torch. Good work gentleman.

What a great meet up. Glad Devon gave you some pointers. You're both incredible arm wrestlers. Love all your videos man 💪

Coming from an MMA background, getting a look under the hood at this technical arm wrestling stuff is fascinating. Once things get more specialized, you seem to have to become more honest with yourself. In MMA, there is (almost) always a different approach so that you can test your opponent’s weakness with your strengths. It seems like the more narrow the rule set becomes, the more pure the focus needs to become. Maybe this is an obvious observation but it really hit me hard watching you guys work out. Super f-ing cool of you to post it. Good times!
