I'm glad that you found a use for the red ribbon, I had it for years , saved when Kenzo moved from their iconic premises and I was told to dispose of the archives of over 20 years. I donated the reserves to a Fashion School just keeping some rolls of ribbon for myself, now all gone to good homes ! Great job! xoxoxo

What a throwback to our amazing adventure two years ago, “Défilé Haute Couture en Mode Musique Classique”, the successful catwalk at La Grange aux pianos (episode 067 )with Cyril Huvé and Reinhardt Luthier , the original owner of the pigeons collection. This outstanding collection, we have discovered during the big sale at Reinhardt’s atelier (episode 069). Reinhardt was literally honoured to sale the collection to Stephanie knowing she’ll make the best of it at La Lande, and she did 👏👏👏

Yeah, I've said before that an annual walk around of the chateau just talking very briefly about what updates have been made possible via the Patreons and KZread viewers would be incredible. So much has changed since I started watching at the start of the pandemic and it feels like a great deal will further change in the coming year/s so an annual update would be wonderful. 👀😲👏👏👏

The pigeon tower looks wonderful! What a great idea for all of those framed art pieces on the ribbons. Also, it was so great to look back at that time when Gerry was there as Stephanie's helper. I love his sense of humour.

It's easy to forget how much progress has been made in such a relatively short time. The courtyard then looks anaemic compared to what it looks like today.

I noticed that too. When Gerald pointed out the window I thought wow that's before all that beautiful planting that is there now. Hard to think that the courtyard changed that much in 1 1/2.

Selma putting together the Frankenstein of scaffolding was so funny. Thank you for sharing.

Hanging the pigeons on a ribbon is inspired ! The stairwell is gorgeous 💕 The wall paper is absolutely glorious.

Mummy! So good to see all of your project dream team, but I think everyone especially misses Mummy. You and Scotman make quite the team up on the scaffold, and wallpapering. These were delightful projects to see, and always so good to see how everyone helps.

I just think that Gerry is so awesome. Steph is unbelievably lucky to have a brother like that.

My youngest boy was small, he wanted a parrot, and he was going to name it Pigeon!😂

I had a parrot once. For a few minutes until it flew away while they were trying to transfer it to the cage lol. It escaped and was never seen again.

@@caligulalonghbottom2629 Oh no! Interestingly enough, we have wild parrots here, they are descendants from some escapees from an aviary. First time I heard them I thought a pterodactyl was on the loose!😂

Reminds me of my mom trying to hang wallpaper in a bedroom by herself and was almost in tears when I walked in from school and told her the paper was upside down. I helped her turn it right way up and wallah it matched up she then took a Pepsi break and we finished the room together
