Very same thing happened, one year back.

Sir if bank account of customer is not debited, that is had he not paid the cash then why should groww pay him, rather grow should have taken legal action and should have sound loud that there is no purchase at all. By paying (repaying) groww accept rhe .... Sir please confirm and let viewers know Is there any debit of customer account.

Actually this is not customer’s fault. If he see that the order is placed in brokerage platform, customer will have assumption that it would be deduced from the account. Since false reconciliation happened in backend from Groww end (which customer don’t have access to verify it), Groww had to compensate him to remove the twitter post.. (in this case, they compensated him with difference of current share value and intended value to invest) If the investors or traders need to verify each and every debit from his bank account, it will literally start questioning the authenticity of brokerage platform and indeed, will become pain for investors/traders as well..
