IK BUT THIS IS MY FAVORITE RIDE ITS SO FUN

What’s cool is how from outside it looks like a small/slow ride, but once you’re on it it actually strong enough to lift you out of your seat at some parts. I used to hate it when I was a little kid but then started to like it more and more every time I rode it and now I love it:)

I went back in 2018 and I got to ride it 22 times. By the time I was done every ride was super painful, but it was worth it.

I live in San Diego honestly it’s pretty nice I highly recommend it but it is expensive to live but i recommend it tho

I'd definitely like to ride this. I'm scared of big roller coasters and was too chicken to go on Manta in Orlando. But this one is a little bit tamer and looks like just the right thrill level for me!

I love huge coasters but, y’know, even though this one isn’t showy, it has more ‘soul’. Today it reminded me that a coaster doesn’t have to be able to boast a record-breaking drop to be a fantastic ride. It was really fun. Please try this one out.

I finally got a chance to ride manta last week and for real, this ride is way faster than it looks. Awesome ride, loved it!!! I was trying to get my chicken cousin to go on but she was to scared lol🤣🤣🤣

as a person who's also terrified of roller coasters, tell your cousin it's not that bad

Went on this ride a bit ago and I was like “wait what’s going on why is it slow? it’s not even moving” then I just get shot like a rocket and my gosh I can’t explain the feeling I got when that happened

I'm the biggest chicken in the world when it comes to roller coasters, the suspension building up to it KILLS ME, but once you get that butter fly feeling, you start to act laugh and scream for fun lol

The first time i went on it i screamed the whole time omg 😱 omg. But after it was over and was like “can we go on it again?” This is my favorite ride at this park, i go on it every chance i get. next i have to conquer my fear of Electric Eel and Emperor. 😄

i love manta. last thursday this week, my sister, brother, and me all rode it 8 times. i had a blast and it was so fun

I’ve been on this ride before and holy cow. It is fast as heck.

Went on it today, it looks slow and chill on video but in real life once you get one it HOLY SHIT it is fasttttt

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear go pros on their chest so I can experience a ride before experiencing it 😂🙌🏼

I went on this ride 2 times yesterday it was awesome

Only ridden one mack multilaunch (Icon) and i must say Mack’s restraints are the perfect mix of open and secure. More coasters with lapbars please!

When i went there they had thriller in the beginning instead of the ocean it was pretty cool

Favorite ride at seaworld sd

I am terrified of roller coasters lol Underestimated how fast it was. But I enjoyed it, it is so fun.

First time today riding Manta and man was I surprised. I almost skipped it because it looks slow but its very deceiving. Great coaster, very reminiscent of Maverick. Didn't expect any airtime.

I was scared at the beginning but at the end it was fun 🤩

I went on it, It seems so slow in the video VS real life.. But I went on it again, it was THE BEST

This Manta looks fun but i think i like the one in Orlando better, just the lines at Orlando are super long.

1:08 The ride malfunctioned at the elevator. It took a while for it to restart, so when I went on Atlantis so it kinda did a launch thing like this when it opened.

This is Manta, not Atlantis also what the hell??? there is a launch on atlantis? no way

One time i went on this ride while the park was closing, and as manta ended we were the last people on it so they sang the spongebob theme while making us go a second time but it went just slightly faster

I looked dead at the pictures after the ride lol

Btw guys the ride isnt slow as it looks like it is FAST

I went on the one in Florida, it tilts you to your stomach, in a flying position, like a manta ray. Check it out my looking up sea world Florida. Manta Ray pov:)

Depends. I think it does have to be pushed in pretty far to lock though and the seats are somewhat smaller.

I had to come watch this because I live in Orlando and go on manta (in seaworld Orlando) and was watching a video and someone said this one sucks. Intresting to see the difference because in Orlando our Manta we are laying facing towards the ground the whole time! I enjoy it a lot and it was intresting to see what this one is like

The San Diego one is more of a family coaster than a high thrill one. I like both of them.
