Seated sun salutations

If you’re suffering from an injury, have trouble getting up and down off the floor, or just want a new way to warm up, try sun salutations in a chair!
For this variation on sun salutations, we’ll remain seated for the entire sequence. Enjoy the full-body warmup with no up-and-down off the floor.
