It looks like it's been a while since you've rebuilt this helm. How did the rebuild turn out? Did it work as good as new when you finished? I'm about to embark on this task myself.

Ricardo Santiago Hello Ricardo, It's been 2 years and my helm works great, I didn't get much use out of it last year, cause I pulled the floor up for replacement and I'm not done yet due to winter. Thank you for asking.
