Seasoning the New Triton Vertical Smoker

Seasoning the New Triton Vertical Smoker . Letting it get up to about 450-475 and just letting it go for a few hours. Using charcoal and a little pecan wood. Preparing to smoke a brisket and some ribs. Checking for smoke leaks( so many; will try and seal it up a bit once it cools down).
