I talked to him about it. I've had other Pellet grills do the same. I make sure to keep plenty of pellets in the hopper and never had that problem since. I've done two over night cooks on this one with no problems. So far no real issues.

Can you possibly put charcoal underneath the burners?

How has the unit functioned since using it? I've seen in another video that the set point dialed in is wildly inaccurate in comparison to the probe reading. Did you have any issues with temps being off, I don't expect them to be perfect but somewhat close. Thanks.

@@TheCrazyPop will not feed pellets. I've stood there holding the prime button for something like 2 minutes. Hopper is full. I've been trying to get ahold of customer service, which is pretty much nonexistent.

Where do you get this pellet griddle? I can’t find it anywhere…

I really haven't had problems out it, but everyone has their own opinion.

I was an early adopter of Blackstone. I think mine is a second generation 4 burner. This thing is too much IMHO. Blackstone...stay in your lane.

LOL, my first was when they introduced the rear grease trap, so it's been a few years...lol. But, Trager and others are making griddles, so I guess Blackstone said "Hey Y'all, watch this".....lol
