As a Noles fan I remember it seemed like Ed Reed was there for eternity, then his senior year I was like, finally this dude's gone, then the camera showed who was replacing him and I was like Jesus, who is that animal. On one of the most stacked teams ever and this guy was THE man. Such an unreal talent. RIP

Sean's only issue was his pursuit angles, he relied too much on natural speed and athletiism, but thats something EVERY fast person struggles with early. Dude truly had no other weaknesses

Deep thing is Sean looks just like my Lil Brother Shaun who was murdered in a robbery in a situation similar to Sean Taylor - May they both Rest In Peace not to preach - but if your not Saved ,give your Heart to Jesus

Most versatile defensive player to ever play football

Im come back to watching this now, 8 years later after I used to watch this everyday in 7th, 8th & 9th grade for my motivation. And all it does is bring tears to my eyes. Its such a powerful video, words dont give it justice. This has to be up there in the greatest Montages of all time. RIP Sean Taylor.

Taylor will always be my favorite player. The only thing that matched his immense talent was the passion with which he played football. He was truly the first player that made me appreciate defense. You'll never be forgotten Sean. Rest in peace.

they should put him in the HoF. Eye Test is clear. Was as good or better in NFL than he was in College but only played a few years. Everyone knew though.

One of the greatest safeties I have ever seen this is coming from an Ohio State fan. Sean was amazing, could cover the entire field, hit like a truck, was a ball-hawk, sucks he left to soon, god rest his soul!

Sean Taylor IS in the Hall of Fame. He is in OUR Hall of FAME. This Hall of Fame is where the BEST of the BEST go. Anyone that watched him play knows he IS not only IN the Hall of Fame, BUT HE IS THE HALL OF FAME. No one has to vote him in. WE ALL KNOW he is the BEST. He still is the essence of greatness. Definitely the greatest of all time free or strong. I understand that he was taken too soon and the stats were not up to par of a. Ed Reed, Troy, Ronnie Lott etc. He really was the Meast (man-beast) and at 6 4 the perfect safety. Hits like Lott, hands like Ed, and coverage like Troy. I am a die hard Trojan but the U is my second team and Texas comes in 3rd. I felt bad when Chris Henry died, but I cried like a baby when I watched sport center when I heard that Sean Passed. In my opinion he is the greatest safety of all time and it's such a shame that he out of all people had to go so young.
