This is exactly what I needed to know. Thank you!!! The membrane is pulling away from my parapet wall on my roof and I need to get this done before winter hits. Will definitely do this next weekend. Thank you so much!!!

better to cut the modified back so there is no need to o onto the vertical surface of the wall. this also helps with brown drips on a white wall. no even going to talk about putting the liquid flashing on wall joints

You have a beautiful family. I have a small roofing business and my 2 boys want nothing to do with it. I guess I shouldn't have taken them on roofs when temp was in the 90's. On another video I saw that you lose your striker all the time when doing torchdown. I used to do the same thing but I put mine on a retractable key ring holder and it is always there when I need it

Hello, I watched a lot of your videos, thank you so much for all of the great content. The only thing I am not sure of how to do at this point is working with a residential house with stucco walls and a parapet. Am I supposed to stucco the house to include the parapets and then wrap the Bitumen over the top of the stucco parapet; or am I supposed to do the new roof, overlapping the parapet and then do the stucco and cover over the top pf the parapet? I see pros and cons to both (stucco first or roof first) and am not sure which is the most appropriate way to do it. If the Bitumen is supposed to be torched down on top of the stucco, how do I do it and end up with a nice clean edge so it doesn't look bad when viewed from the street or yard? What are your thoughts on the best approach?

Sweet hart want to be nxt to grandpa. She needs to cover up more. She being out in sun all day. My niece helps my. I tell her to focus on school but she makes good grades & finishes her homework quick just to help my wrench on bikes, yard work, tow truck. She makes sure to cover up. The south texas heat sun makes me cover up. It's nice when u have a sweat going. Keeps u cool. Make sure y'all put vitamin E on after the long sunny days. To condition the skin. I am a dude my girlfriend got me doing skin care before bed. After few months seeing a drastic change. Be safe peace

I live in Seattle. It is cold in Winter. My new rooftop will be 30ft by 20ft ; what material for rooftop in this weather? As far as the roof we will have to put insulation below roofing material to eliminate condensation and not create moisture below. what kind of insulation? insulation+paint+ deck? or cement +paint +deck? What else? Would you share your email to keep touch. Thanks
