I watched your video on the HDR TV. Quality and colors are very good. It looks like this footage was shot in HLG. Did you have your lights always on?

Thank you 🙏🏼. it was shot in HLG2. The only light source used was the sun ☀️

Thanks 🙏🏼 Svilen - that’s HDR HLG when setup properly 👍🏼 It comes ‘out of the box’ like that with almost no grading 😁

Thank you 🙏🏼 No I don’t use any LUT’s… just a bit of exposure adjustment to suit. And yes I use Rec.2020 HLG in FCPx Hope that helps 👍🏼

Did you use custom white balance or automatic underwater white balance?

Custom white balance before every shot. With red filter, as otherwise the sensor maxes out on its own internal red correction capability.

Always expose correctly for each shot as best as possible. Take use of ambient lighting and position yourself accordingly.

@@mountains-to-the-sea 95% zebra, and no… using HLG2 I prefer exposing correctly and using the ambient lighting to my advantage.

Always expose correctly for each shot (not to the right), and yes I use gamma assist on.
