that was a 6 man, Ashwin was bowling but damn Smith jumped so high going forward and put the ball back inside boundary. That is crazy man. You can't practise for that, you either have it or you don't.

Smith used be more athletic and better fielder when he was just a leg spinner, during 2009-2013 he was beast fielder, I still remember his boundary catch of yusuf pathan in ipl

Always rated him as a Leggie but the problem is you need to bowl a lot of overs in matches to become a good Leggie and Smith is never going to play enough Club and Shield matches to develop his bowling. Smith basically gave up the chance to become an Allrounder to become a great Batsman

He is one of the best catchers in the world, not one of the best fielders, fielding is different aspect of the game, which involves the rocket arm for throwing and covering the field as quick as possible..... But Steve is undoubtedly one of the best in the business
