That twist in the end about what drink was selected was ingenious! It was very unexpected, but it was the perfect solution when being confronted and cornered by the SCP Foundation.

Only problem is, they went from unintentional thieves, that the SCP Foundation probably would have just memory wiped; to a pair of people who have intimate knowledge of the Foundations inner working. Amnestic's aren't perfect, they'd now likely have too much information to be left alive

Honestly Dr Bob...I love the chemistry building between you characters. You are an outstanding storyteller. And the cheesy metal track when the law is laid out... It just fits man.

I love how these two both survive and profit from this scp, very entertaining.

Cup of knowledge dissipates after some time (probably when excreted). One time 294 was present during a containment breach and a researcher typed "CUP OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE" to quickly become a doctor and save some of his colleagues. By the time it was over he couldnt remember a thing and it wouldnt work when tried again

@@lucysteelball851Dont really know why he’s really doing it, but my best guess would just be that most of these SCP’s were already covered else where or the SCP is popular enough to where even non-SCP fans has probably heard of it once. So I guess that’s why he’s mainly just putting in the longer story’s just to “see it in action and how it affects the user” or something- personally I kinda like it but I do also miss the explaining parts-

Would be cool but unfortunately knowledge dissipates in 24 hours and once you experience a cup of something like understanding or a feeling or sensation it can't be replicated again. It's why one person who wanted the perfect drink committed suicide because nothing compared and they couldn't make the machine mimic the experience.

@@mekingtiger9095 this is before the test where it was found out it dissipated in 24h the foundation dint even have the machine yet so the knowledge about the foundation wouldnt have let them know about the 24 hour dissipation

I love how he takes the gold ingot to some jewelers as if they wouldn't report you to some government/law enforcement agency for having such a thing.

So have you stopped with the epilogue of explaining how a certan SCP works while sitting in a dimly lit room, Dr Bob?

The funny thing is, this SCP is relatively harmless. It's also called "A Cup of Joe" in honor of the poor agent who quite literally had his matter drained by the coffee machine spatially.

The most unbelievable part of this is her remembering a summer breeze in Arizona, lived here most of my lifeb and if you felt a breeze during summer here, it's a hot lip drying breeze guaranteed

This was by far my favorite story. I am so glad we are getting new SCPs. 10/10!

When I clicked on this video I thought for sure that it had been posted over a year ago, but to my utter delight I find that it's a NEW video featuring a NEW (to this channel) SCP and not something about The Plague Doctor or SCP 682! THANK YOU DR BOB!!! (One note tho - it would be nice to have the "explanation segment" that usually comes at the end of your videos, but I'm just being nit-picky at this point. Thank you for all your efforts, and for proving that you really do listen to us!)

Dr. Bob is the best SCP channel, his way of narrating the stories is so good. And Thanks for the team as well ..from the animators and so on.

How smart dr.bob you already explained all the details for that SCP while telling the story so you didn't need to explain it by yourself after the story finished as you usually do and this time the normal people that inside the story won at the end by taking the advantages for that SCP to themselves and outsmarted the SCP agents at the same time !!

I completed SCP Containment Breach, it’s my all time favorite Sci-Fi/Horror based video game. And you Dr. Bob, are my all time favorite KZreadr! I remember spending hours playing with the coffee machine in-game… typing in the most exotic drinks I could think of; and it was so much fun.

This SCP is actually one of my favorites.

Yeah, and most of all: With someone actually getting knowledge of the Foundation and the existence of anomalies without any negative consequences for it. As far as SCP goes, this is a very happy ending.

Yeah. They might not realize it right away, but fooling the SCP Foundation is no small feat! Even if no one outside the SCP Foundation knows that, the fact that they did so and pulled off a successful heist with that SCP, got away and weren't caught will make them legends!

This is how you expand on SCPs

I'm happy to see them not only survive, but actually profit off of an SCP and the Foundation. However, knowing the Foundation, once they realised what happened they most likely went really overboard to locate them and administer amnestics, and also probably demoted the two agents to D-Class.

Reminds me of that short video about this SCP and the janitor ask for "A cup of joe", thinking he would get a coffee... ...Janitor died painful while clutching his stomach, janitor name was Joe.

Wow that was good. Please don’t stop making these classic SCP videos!

Finally, a good story episode, not the cringy VS videos scp explained was doing.
