How many offseason’s did we hear about how we are having to rely on Tyron Smith (injured all the time) again this year? Seriously, that was always a negative used against the team during the offseason. We finally let Tyron go and now all we hear from the media is how much worse the team will be because Tyron is gone. I would rather have young options (Bass, Guyton, Beebe, Richards & Nathan Thomas) on the O-line than old re-treads we have been going with as backups/starters year after year. I like Bass, Beebe and the upside of Guyton. I mean Guyton was more highly regarded than Tyler Smith was when he was drafted. Remember how the media hated that pick? So don’t let the media in anyway put limits in the fans mind on these young O-linemen this year. They are guessing just like everyone else.

It’s their job to bring up concerns. Both can be concerns. Aging/injury prone Tyron on the field was minimum top 5 LT. hopefully futon isn’t too much of a project, his athleticism bodes well. But he’s gonna need a lot of peanut butter.

As a former running back it’s the easiest position in football if you have a good oc n a big line! Don’t even got to be that good just be bigger than I can hide behind you and use you just get 4! That’s all I ask For 4yards

I hate Madden people. The running game is about 3 plays to get a first down. Chew up the clock. We have a pass rushing defense. That means they need to rest long to get the rest other words if the office stays on the field, the majority of the time you win, not rocket science.

Your wrong we will be better because, Dan Sabotage Quinn won't be in charge of defense!!!

The only problem I had with criticism of Zack was when some CC, certainly not you, said it was his fault that CeeDee is holding out because Zack started it when he held out last year...like no one has every held out before! He, himself, said he didn't play well last year but it wasn't because he's getting old, it was because he held out and didn't get into his groove. I hope we get another year from him so we can have his mentoring of our younger players and his play and leadership, which we need all of the three on this team and can't afford to have someone so important retire right now. I think Gallup was dealing with some depression in yr 2. I say that bc he was someone who always smiled and was always positive and in year two his head was always down and he didn't smile and media stopped talking to him! There were several games where the amazing high pointing, toe tapping player was there when others weren't. I just wish the FO would have given him help...I hope he kicks assss for the Raiders!

I agree with Jeff the Left side is going to be tough for the Cowboys I also think we took a major hit at NT and these are two major pieces that will impact win and losses. I do think that Zimmer is going to put a good Defense out there and that we have the potential to get a lot better if we address the Defensive line in the next draft "2025" like we addressed the Offensive line this years draft. Oh, and draft a RB in the third round .......
