    Keep doing what you’re doing guys! You’ve quickly become my favorite hunting channel. I’m a first generation hunter, so everything I learn is from guys like you. It’s so nice to get REAL knowledge on REAL world whitetail hunting. Thanks so much!

    This was amazing, y’all broke down exactly what you were saying and didn’t just say something and then move onto the next thing. Definitely looking forward to more!!

    Great piece. You oriented the viewer so was easy to connect the dots about where you chose to set up. I get not every piece has a sweet ditch for access but it took you consecutive years to find the easy access. Many thanks

    Keep up good work. I’m headed out to scout tomorrow morn. Got a big 10pt here in southwest Louisiana in some public marsh I had a crack at last yr. didn’t get him. Saw him 3 times while hunting. Been trying to figure him out. Going check the cameras and see what I got and do a sit for a few hours to see if I can see him. Good luck to y’all and to you especially Aaron. You going to smoke one this yr I can feel it man.

    Awesome Video! I think those plants you were wondering about are Sassafras. That's what it looked like when you help the leaf (that looked like a T-Rex track). Should make a scouting video for Mature Forests. I Also hunt 80% Public Lands (by choice) and don't have the River Bottoms and fields such as you.. would be nice to see scouting tips of Big Mature Forests and Hilly terrain with no fields. Thanks.

    So many people hunt corn feeders and food plots now that the concept of scouting is lost on many people. And that is unbelievably sad to me.

    The plant you are asking about is a type of ragweed. I couldn’t quite tell from the video if it was common ragweed or giant ragweed but got a good enough look to know it is one of the two.

    We use the GoPro rig to do the vlog, or "selfie style" interviews. We try to make it as interactive as possible. We also use them for 2nd angle cameras while hunting. We get the night vision footage from our primary camera, a Sony Z150. Thanks for watching!

  • @TheHuntingPublic

    @TheHuntingPublic

    6 жыл бұрын

    I don't think it was on purpose that morning. They had a long drive to get there, long walk in, trying to find a tree that would work, etc. They probably would've had to wake up at 2:00 am to get in the tree before shooting light!
