The Scout Swimmer 14cm Jerkbait is the larger version of the Scout Swimmer 12.5cm. Söder Tackle, known for the various Scout shads, has developed this jerkbait in cooperation with JW Lures, jwlures.com a Swedish lure builder. The jerkbait is easy to fish. When reeled in without breaks, the jerkbait has a smooth left-right action. When jerking or twitching the Scout, the action becomes more vivid and if you make the pull fast enough, the bait can even roll around its axis.
At 105 grams and a fairly compact design, the jerkbait throws like a rocket. A number of balls in the bait provide a good rattle underwater when fishing the bait at higher speeds. The Scout Swimmer jerkbait has recently received an update in terms of colors. With 24 different colors almost too much choice. The jerkbait in the video has the color 'Pearl Perch'.
