Scottish Emblem - Band of Household Division
Scottish Emblem composed by Archie Ellis, the music first play in the King's Birthday Parade 1934.
.
Archie Ellis served in the bands of the Somerset Light Infantry, Welsh Guards and that of the Governor of Bengal, as well as being professor of oboe at the Calcutta School of Music from 1915-1920. He was Bandmaster of the 12th London Regiment (TA) from 1930-1940 and of the 7th Bn. The King's Royal Rifle Corps from 1940 to 1942. His marches Scottish Emblem and Men of Wales have been played on the Birthday Parade on a number of occasions when Colours of the Scots or Welsh Guards have been trooped, while his Welsh Patrol also has a very firm place in the military band repertoire.

One of the best Scottish march Ive ever heard. Second to Stirling Castle, though.
