Actually the first jack is a blend. The second one allows you to split the pickups into separate amps. An acoustic for the piezo bridge pup and an electric amp for the bucker. A great guitar. Easily dials in both acoustic and hollow jazz box sounds on a body that feels like a thick (but lighter) Telecaster.

Sometimes Scott gets mixed up. The jack closest to the endpin combines the two signals. Thank you for spotting that.
