I had the great pleasure of seeing Morgan perform a few years ago in a small venue. No electronic voice enhancements like all these pop divas. Her vocals are just as stunningly beautiful as she is.

The fact that no one is mentioning how beautiful she is … is in itself a testament to her voice. 🔥🔥🔥

This point you (Roger) raise is great, and it's why I personally believe Morgan James (and Haley Reinhart) are happy in their music careers. Happy. They are not defined by "the industry"...and love what they do, regardless of labels.

@dfhowes Yes. I looked at the industry from an attorney's perspective advising my niece. Basically, I concluded that she would have more control, self-direction and potential for profit on lower embedded cost by going independent, and she would not have to do any less work for having obligated herself to a label.

Scott plays piano like it's a native language. Not just mastery, he speaks through the instrument.

I've never read a more accurate description of Scott's talent. It seems like he was born on a piano seat. The same could be said of most of the other PMJ musicians. They all are masters of their instruments.

I absolutely love Morgan James.

Her singing is so honest and real, but also amazing. I get chills and nearly every song she sings.

I fell in love with Morgan James' talent after her performance of "Dream On" on PMJ channel. And I loved her song "Say the Word". Such a great artist!

My first song of hers was Barbie Girl. And I actually really hate the original song (bc of how much it was played in the 90's lol), but her and PMJ's version is just epic and I really loved how she played with her voice for that "Barbie" effect and completely looked the part. She is not only a good singer, but an actress on stage, such a cool expressive personality.

The singers, players & dancers that comprise your group are truly amazing, and you deserve all of the success you are having!!

MJ is beyond beautiful without make up. Her voice is far beyond even that. The record deal dialog is most illuminating. Corporate playlists still control commercial radio which is mercifully dying allowing true artists like Scott and Morgan to emerge on their own.

I love what PMJ represents: a return to fundamentals. Top notch musicians actually playing instruments. Wonderful singers not requiring autotune or the need to overwhelm a song. Sophisticated arrangements. It's not about engineering and studio trickery, just old school performance skills. It's sad that this all feels so retro.

I found post modern jukebox because of COVID so I can honestly say COVID has had one positive affect on my life. I love the way they interpret song Morgan's voice is one I won't get tired of hearing!

A nice touch sneaking Rhapsody In Blue into Sweet Child O' Mine.

Morgan sings with a purity that isn't found in other singers. Her voice and her interpretations make the songs better than the originals. Scott Bradlee is an absolute genius in the way he arranges and interprets tunes and then puts the perfect performers together to give them life. I'm assuming that most everyone reading this is aware of PostModern Jukebox but if you're not, you're missing out on an amazing audio and visual experience!

Beyond the impeccable musical talent, is the ability to be sensual, and sexy without being crude, or vulgar. That isn't seen very often in today's world.

Listening to her sing is always great, but when she sang ‘Who Wants To Live Forever’ I got literal chills.

Very late to this party, but I can't help but drop a few lines. Take Me To Church is one of the most remarkable vocal performances I heard in years in a pop context. The high risk high reward approach of her is reserved for the best at their craft. Godspeed, this is an absolute joy to listen to.

There are no words to properly describe the voice and talent of Morgan James. And Scott’s a pretty decent musician as well!

Morgan James doesn't need a microphone. Her voice fills the void in eternity. Her voice illuminates the darkness. Its hard to leave the celestial plane when the song ends and come back to our mortal plane with our earthly needs and desire's.

Morgan James is simply excellent. She can handle several styles and types of music and do them well. That's the quality of a real musician.

One of the good things about the web is that it made me discover Morgan (and Scott ...).

Morgan, once more I fall on my knees hearing your marvellous voice and just stop breathing when your eyes open with that special gaze. A Godess among us mortals.

There are DOZONS of JEOLOUS ANGELS in heaven listening... Morgan undoubtedly has a God Given Talen! I guaranty waterworks if you listen with good headphones! She is AMAZING! Scott is awesome too, of course, but there's only one Being in the know universe that could have created those pipes... The wood and the strings help accompany Scott, but Morgan is out there with her God given voice, and He was in a really good mood on that day! I've been a PMJ fan for a long time. This is a fascinating, mesmerizing video on so many levels. The stories of the power of staying true to your artistry, and how to make it as an independent artist applies to all the arts. Their backstories are super encouraging and informative. Then listen to the sublime Morgan James slay Scott Bradlee's bluesy rendition of the iconic Guns n' Roses hit, Sweet Child o' Mine. They also do a killer version of a Queen song as well. Highly recommended for repeated listening pleasure and inspiration for all artists!!!!

Wow, I loved every minute of it. Morgan is a true soul singer, and so tastefully accompanied by Scott.
