I just repaired two scopes where the cross hair tightening nuts were loose causing the cross hairs to break, this is common among some scopes made over seas, sorry about the blurry shots but production values are hard to achieve while stranded on a desert island, scopes are considered throw away and you can't get cross hairs, but not here', I put a pic of the cross hair on the thumbnail, when picking up your hair start with two pieces of tape to get a hold of it and place it, then some tape closer to the ring to tighten, don't throw away your old scopes, if you do then throw them this way'. I appreciate your series of videos. I have an old Japanese made fully coated fixed 4x possibly still nitrogen filled Eagle which I don't know who makes it but it's the most reliable scope I've ever had rivaling my $500 Blackhounds. The crosshairs came loose one day when something else on the scope had come loose. All of the work gunsmiths have done on guns for me at my local family owned full service shop and they did not have anybody that was willing to try to fix the scope and it's got beautiful custom engraving covering almost the entire scope and nobody at the gun store could fix it.

I done this with a charles daily scope around 1990.

if you usee your pubic hairr the croshair will be curly (like your pubic hair) sry it doesnt work
