So what did they learn though? Seemed like a bunch of stuff was measured but does it help them to adjust their stride?
Is that normal to have their skates so loose.

Usually a power skating thing. My coach used to have us undo the top 2 eyelits in juniors

@@YOMMERRR Yeah, I go with the top two undone. I feel like I'm being pushed back onto my heals and just can't move as well if I have them done up.
