Here in scotland we do have cafeterias (really we just call them lunch areas, lunch halls, pearl harbor, etc) and although the foods absolutely class the seating aint, everyone has a specific area and if you sit in one area then you're going to get hung or destroyed mentally

When I was around 8, I went to this private school in Toronto. Usually they would serve normal food but there was one occasion where I loved it. Every week, we would have these fried chicken tenders that were AMAZING! I used to eat around 6 of them with plum sauce that they gave. Best lunch ever.

@@purxpiimy old elementary school chicken Patty, the inside meat was PINK, and the brown outside was a little green, the bread was brown. We also had them hotodogs, THE MEAT WAS RED AND THE SKIN WAS PINK AND RED. same as the chicken nuggets, pink meat, green and brown outside, also it was close to being as hard as a rock, you had to rip it with your hands and jaw. Also the milk was expired aswell. But the good options they had for food was the mozzarella sticks, and barbecue chicken. All my life I’ve been in a public school, and in pre-k I just had yogurt and what my mom packed for me. Through pre-k - 1/3 4th grade my mom packed it for me.

Not to mention sometimes my school for lunch just gets Holiday cookies, water ice, and ice cream for special occasions, and that shit HIT! so that adds +2.5 points. Not to mention that the food is free, but we could also buy snacks like Doritos, Cheeto puffs, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, for I think $1.25. I think when I was in 1st grade my family lived in a wealthy area due to my Dad’s job. I went to a public school, and the food was pretty good. There were always I think 2-3 consistent options that they served everyday, plus daily specials. There were multiple different booths serving different things and you could go pick what you wanted from a large selection. Then we had to move and in second grade I went to a school in a less wealthy neighborhood. Their were only two lunch options everyday, and you had to choose in the morning before lunch. I adapted pretty quickly, but it was a little shock. Also foods like grilled cheese were frequently burned, and the finger steaks were often inedible due to not being able to chew them. I think that two lunch option thing is how it worked the rest of my elementary school, and then I switched to homeschool for middle school. I guess I was still lucky though. I recently learned that at some schools kids only get one lunch option. At least my mom told me that.

Especially when you go to a agriculture-based school, the food is quite good. In fact, every Friday we had Papa Johns Pizza.

me personally, i go to a grammar school and the food is great. mind you it's a bit expensive but it's delicious.

It wasn’t that bad Fr at my public school, which I was there from 6-10 because it closed. But then my other highschool was catered by people that also catered prison food, so anything that they tried new we started away from. U usually stuck to a salad bar with had a crazy amount of toppings or a nacho bar with the same. But sometimes the beef was just sittin in the fridge so u go to take a bite and it’s just cold ground beef.

The food at my school isnt free but they have so many options and the foods really good. The fries are 1.25 and they give you a decent amount.

Elementary school lunch was good asl

4th and 5th grade had fire lunch food for the most part mostly there Nachos and chicken fried steak would mainly take my lunch for field trips and at least 2 times a week remember getting chick fela breakfast sandwiches and donuts every Friday during first period end of every week if we kept our grades up that week 9th grade 😊😊

I have never ate school lunch but if you think about it the people who hate school lunch probably are in schools where the chefs are on drugs. I’m not a chef but if I looked at a chicken sandwich that looks nothing like a chicken sandwich then I wouldn’t eat it because I’m not trying to catch a disease. The quality of school lunch varies from school to school. The KZreadrs who keep trashing might be just trying to get views since they just want to grow but I’m just tired of seeing it get trashed all the time. in the school i used to be in for like one year for some reason they would give me food at school lunch even do my mom didn't pay for that shi while everyone else did and also sometimes my homie brought a second box so i can eat too that was really nice
