I think there’s two ways of thinking about club vs stock up-yours is perfectly rational, but we diverge. My thinking is always that I don’t like having, paying for (!!), or storing a stack of ANYthing, and I’d prefer to just have a quarterly trickle of that scent coming in. If I get 4 in backstock, that tells me I haven’t warmed it in a year and don’t need any more of it. Keeps my stash in order and I don’t end up stuck with a pile of something I’ve tired of. Your videos are always so enjoyable:)

I agree about Scentsy club. Mine is small but I also get sick of scents and I just don’t reach for my Scentsy bars like I do with vendor wax so it just doesn’t make sense to keep my club. Mine just processed for December so I’m thinking about having it be my last one. Thanks for sharing Alexis!

I'm spending to much money on wax so it's time for me to cut back. It's foolish for me to even have a club when I'm not even melting my wax. So for me, I'm better off saving my $ and canceling my club. Another issue for me is the warmers. They don't perform well with vendor wax so I don't use mine. Bottom line, I just need to decide once and for all that I really don't need Scentsy for anything.

So this is where being a long time Scentsy purchaser I feel like I can confidently affirm to you that you don’t need a Scentsy club. I understand the coolness of it and plan to keep mine for now but I never had one until this year. I’ve been melting scentsy wax for almost 14 years. There are heartbreaks when you only purchase from currently available stock exclusively. But you also have room to explore new scents. You are paying a premium price when you purchase from scentsy club and I mean when you buy a 6 pack you get 17% off with scentsy club you save $2.00 on shipping assuming you party doesn’t qualify for free shipping and get 10% off once you spend $30. I think for those of us who melt daily. The price point is a huge deal. If bundle and save existed in Scentsy Club that would be game changer from my view. But for now I keep my club super small. Just the staples and standouts.

Those are great perspectives, Stacy! I’ve been melting Scentsy for I think 7 or 8 years at this point and I’ve gone back and forth with club during the time it’s been available. Just depends on how tired I am of wax at that moment 😂

I decided to start off fresh for 2024, and cancel my club. With the multiples of bars I have from each scent, think I will be good for a long time.

Forever Flannel to my nose is a mix between Polar Bear Hugs and Arctic Kiss! I get no laundry and I’m glad!!! It’s been the only Fresh one i’ve liked since AK came out!

I totally understand that about the Scentsy Club in fact I've been thinking about that even though I just started mine and I've only received it once. I do tend to get tired of a scent and I don't use them super fast. I'll probably just keep mine for a few months so I can get the half off whiff box and then discontinue when I have a stash of wax

I have a quarterly club, but I keep it very small. I agree with you that so many new scents are always coming out, and vendor wax offers so much variety. I've thought about canceling my club, but there are bars in it that I really love. The struggle is real.

I agree. Scentsy is always going to have a new “Christmas tree” scent or pumpkin scent or bakery that you really don’t need to have EVERYTHING in club. I have to make some serious cuts to mine next month 😱 😬

Have you tried crumbtop from scentsy? I am curious if cozy kitchen has a similar scent to it since they have similar notes. 🤔

I definitely understand the pros and cons for having a Scentsy club. I had an in and out club to get the whiff box one month this year. I feel like for me an ongoing club wouldn’t be feasible for financial reasons.

I use my Scentsy Club as a “dumping ground” and I put every catalog of LTO scent in my club and when I get around to warming it in different spaces of my house and after it’s cured a bit then I make the decision to kick it out or keep it. I do the hack trick with Scentsy Club so it never ships. I haven’t had an order since last January and my club is going to process on Feb 3 but I’m going to move the frequency from quarterly to monthly and then back to quarterly so it pushes out the processing date two more months giving me a false skip. I don’t know why more people don’t take advantage of the hack. But I am on a NO Scentsy Spend for 2024. Unless my commission covers it I am not buying it. Let’s see how I do. Prayers there is no flash sale 😂😂😂😂😂

I have used that hack before as well, but it just gets to be a lot for my brain to keep up with haha it's a great trick though if you want to secure the bars!! There will for sure be flash sales, but knowing Scentsy they will probably suck so you should be good haha

@@AlexisSchlueter Yes the past couple were disappointments but I have also set a limit for myself on dollar 💵 amounts that I will pay for flash sale items like $2.00 or less for pods, $3.00 or less on cleaning…etc That way if an item pops up but doesn’t meet that $ criteria I ain’t buying it 😂

@happilyscentedhomes hey i have heard of this hack! do you do this on the month your shipment is due (before your processing date) or do you do it the month before? my quarterly is due february but i dont necessarily need it and dont want to use my one skip i have ! thanks in advance :)

@@sarahg6574 I usually do it the month before the club is due to ship. So if your club is due to process in February, I would move the frequency to monthly ( as long as today isn’t the same day the the order processes like if your club comes out on the 3rd of the month don’t make these changes on the 3rd) then once you change the frequency to monthly then change it back to a quarterly frequency and it should have moved your processing date out two months. Do the hack with extreme caution, even myself get worried about doing it but I haven’t lost anything yet. Hopefully this is helpful. :)
