Agree. Knowing what I know now I would have passed on this too. I feel a lot of people voted on scent notes with little knowledge of these bars which was exciting but turned out to be a bit of a dud. It will be interesting if they keep this same criteria for the next voting round. Thanks for watching Rebeccah!

@@seven471 I don’t think so because they have to pour them all and I believe all of these had to be at least 5 years or older since they were released. Now if I see more patchouli scents in the Spring/ Summer catalog then we will know they got a discount on large quantities of patchouli 😂

Thanks Martha for a very helpful video. Yep, anything with their coconut is a no for me. I thought I was the only one that didn’t like it. I didn’t like gimme candy. Vanilla walnut and the pear one (maybe)sounds good and I wanna try the buzz lightyear 😃

Very helpful- your favorites are the ones I wanted to try- Peony Petals I think I will like because I love florals so I’ll order that one but that’s it. I only plan on getting a 6 pack of BBMB. A lot I haven’t smelled and I really don’t need to fall in love with anything new to me since I don’t do club anyway. Thanks for the warm reviews. Merry Christmas 🎄

🤣🤣 That is the bar that smells so different to everyone. My best friend gets buttery yumminess and my other 4 friends didn't like it at all and one smelled what I smell. I didn't say a word until they had all smelled all the bars and we just laughed. I had to high five my friend that smelled sweet pee because I thought I was the only one that got that scent. We all just laughed and my friend that loved it looked at us all like we were in the twilight zone and said, "you don't smell the yummy butter??" I really wish I did. 🤣 Thanks for watching. Loved this video. I have loved seeing what everyone thought of these bars. My mind has changed multiple times on some of them after warming them as well. I think it has been fun seeing all the different opinions.

Thank you for your reviews. Definitely not as excited about the bars as was before, I have watched a few reviews. I have not smelled any of these bars before. I think as someone that used scentsy for a bit many years and having started using more in last few years it is hard to vote for bars based on descriptions alone. I will still try a few bars… but I am more excited about a couple Mardi Gras bars. I think maybe I need to focus on catalog again, with all the special offers it’s so easy to forget about the catalog 😊

I agree that the catalog scents get forgotten because we are bombarded with all these LTO’s it’s impossible to try them all and still buy from the catalog. I have smelled the Mardi Gras ones and overall all like them a lot. I recorded my video last week but need to load it to KZread. I’ll do that by this weekend.

To me Wassail Wonderland is not at all the same orange as the Blood Orange & Spice. Interesting to hear that it was for you. Thanks for your reviews.😊

Hi Amber, I didn't think the two bars were similar in scent, only that the orange is that same intense orange that I find in Wassail Wonderland. It's a very bitter and intense orange for me, and unfortunately, I don't pick up any apple because of it. Thanks so much for watching!

@@Martha_FragranceCorner yeah I don’t get any bitterness at all from WW’s orange. Just a fresh juicy one. I’d be sad if I did, since it’s one of my favorite wax bars. I don’t like that bitter blood orange note either.

Hey Martha! That hilarious. You’re right scent is totally subjective. That’s why I watch scent twins and people who are complete opposite of me scents wise. It’s fun to shock myself when we actually both like the same scent 😅 Now back to the video

I think it's fun too. Plus it was extra fun to have fun with Stef and Steph since they both think Everything Nice is nice. We had a good laugh about it.

There are only a couple I haven't warmed yet, but so far there are only 2 or 3 I would repurchase. I really wish Scentsy would put some of the collection bars up for voting or some of the older holiday bricks. I so badly want to get Cozy Spice and Blizzard Berry in my club. Cozy Spice was from the Cozy Collection and Blizzard Berry was a brick. Luxe Vanilla is another one I would love to get in my club but it hasn't been up for voting in quite a while either. Overall this was a disappointing BBMB but I guess it saves me money this year.

That's the silver lining. I won't be buying many more. Maybe just a few. I wish they'd bring back a few from the catching zzzz's collection. I'm not familiar with the ones you mentioned but they sound good!

As I say, we are currently separated 🤣 as far as Scentsy goes. Vendor wax we are generally on the same wave length a majority of the time😊 but hey, that’s the fun of it all! How boring would it be if we all liked the same things and enjoyed the same scents. The variety keeps it interesting🥰 great warm reviews! Thanks for taking the time to be so thorough! 💖

Wow we are opposite on so many! I loved Lavendar Vanilla and Simply Patchouli. Couldn’t smell a thing on Everything Nice or Peony Petals. I will try the latter again when it becomes available as it may have just been the room I melted it in. Was not a fan of Blood Orange Spice or Toasted Apple Butter but that is more so scent preference as they both performed well. Awakening was also super light for me.😂

Someone made a very interesting comment on my first sniffs video regarding the fact that these bars are so much older based on when the were originally released and scents are more complex today than they were 10 years ago, that might be why I and a few others have been a bit underwhelmed with this group. The silver lining for me is my club won't get out of control because I don't know that I'll add more than 2.

Loved hearing your warm reviews. I think we are complete opposites lol. I’m still warming through but glad to hear some of the bakery I liked on cold sniff are good performers.

Those are all good picks IMO. I hope you like Everything Nice. The pumpkin is different and if you like a buttery scent you may just love it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can’t believe you got through 25 bars in 5 days! You were on a mission. I enjoy Everything Nice. But honestly I couldn’t imagine warming it in my house at the same time with strawberry banana. I also really love frosted ginger cookie and amaretto. Cranberry Mango was yummy back in the day. I recall it being a great performer for about 15 hours. Do you know if they change the formula on bring back my bars? Awakening always reminded me of an old bath and bodywork’s grapefruit oil from way back in the day. Always enjoy hearing your thoughts. It was a powerhouse for me and I only could warm it for 1-3 hours at a time in the morning. I liked it but it was intense back then.

I doubt they have changed the formula. I think there is just something with Cranberry Mango that didn't register with my nose. I'm probably the only one. Of course the room I warmed things in will play a part with performance as well. Yes, Everything Nice was not the best thing to have in the bathroom as Strawberry and Banana were warming but I thought it would stay in the bathroom since the door was closed 🤣 I guess a door couldn't stop the scent from coming out into the other room. You're ON it! Thanks for getting this out :) I personally didn't mind the revolving door aspect of bbmb in past years. At least, I'd take ones that I've already seen before over ones that seem to have been voted in based on scent notes and people don't really love them. (I know some of the ones in this time were actually exciting for people but it also seems that many of them were sort of "that SOUNDS like it should be good...?" but then no one really loved it in real life.) I'm excited about vanilla walnut though because I had just taken vanilla cream out of my club because my daughter says it's a bit waxy for her and I didn't love it enough to counter that. But I still want some kind of vanilla so that could be the bar I'm lookin for!

I hope Vanilla Walnut works for you. I love it. I need to try it in open space though because it may have lasted much longer because I warmed it in the bedroom. The scent itself is beautiful and creamy. I get a bit of the waxy smell from Vanilla Cream and it's because of the coconut. I totally agree about the bars that were picked. Most were going based on scent notes with no idea what they really smelled like. That made it both exciting but also not my favorite group of BBMB once I smelled them all.

Yeah, I do appreciate scents that CAN hack it...but most get lost in my main space anyway so it's not a major criteria. I mean, I prefer strong scents in general but if it can fill up a medium sized room reasonably well for a longer time period then I prefer that to a bar that blows me out of the room but then fizzles out!@@Martha_FragranceCorner

Thank you Martha! Love your BBMB reviews always! I'm a consultant but I did not get this set. Too much patchouli, lavender, possible milky and/or burnt sugar, masculine scents to make it worth the money for me. I know you're not a mixer, I happen to mix quite a bit, especially when I have to get through scents I'm not a fan of. So this leads me to ...I wonder if Twitterpated would be good mixed with a lemon scent. Maybe it would cut the moss a bit. I have Twitterpated from when it was previously available, I might try that. Martha so excited for this video. No no no I had high hopes for Amaretto, wish it lasted longer. I also am not a fan of the blood orange from Scentsy it’s bitter to me. lol it’s always the scents we don’t like that have the passport and it travels all over our house. 😂 Oh man lots of lavender I had high hopes for as well. 😢 Red sage and cedar reminds me of my dad, my mom loves this scent and I agree very strong scent. lol cutting a Scentsy cube in 4 says a lot 😂 I love pear in wax 😊 Great video Martha.
