When I was younger, my mom would sometimes buy a laundry detergent called Surf. When you said laundry detergent I immediately thought of that and said YES!! hahaha now I’m gonna warm that one for sure and it’ll forever be linked to that memory

House really matters. We used to live in a home that had carpeting throughout except kitchen, dining, and bathrooms, of course, but those were really small spaces. I had one warmer in the living kitchen dining area and mini warmers in the bedrooms and bathrooms. That's all I needed, and the scents lasted at least three days. We now live in a home with somewhat of an open concept, high ceilings, and marble floors. Our dining area is large, so I have two full sized warmers in there. The dining area opens to the foyer area, and I have a full sized warmer on a table plus a mini by the front door. My living and kitchen areas are open to each other. In the living room, I'll have a full-size warmer and two minis, one of which is in between the two rooms and another mini plus a full-size warmer in the kitchen. Bedrooms are full-size warmers as well as our master bathroom. The guest bathroom is a mini, and the office is a fragrance flower. That's a lot of warmers, but that's what it takes to get a good scent going in my home. Every once in a while, I'll have a scent that I have to turn half the warmers off because it's just too strong, but that's only happened a hand full of times. I do go through a lot of wax, but oh well, I love it. 😂

Houses definitely make a difference to the amount of warmers and wax needed! I never considered that carpet would help scents stick around better but that makes a lot of sense!

This is so helpful, I love your warm reviews! I always wait to hear them before I make my final decisions, thank you! That’s so funny about the berry note in Carmel Sugar Cone. Elizabeth said something very similar! I’m going for everything nice, buzz, vanilla walnut, whipped vanilla pear, toasted apple butter, amaretto, lonicera , and possibly twitterpated, peony, petals, and falling leaves.

I love your videos!!! We tend to have similar experiences. Buzz lightyear does work in an open layout friend. I warmed it today in my open layout which is very large with high ceilings and it's wafting into the bedrooms. I used a whole bar though and disbursed warmers throughout the space. oh no! I was hoping for more of the apple to come through in the toasted apple butter that will be my next warm sat or sun. I'm excited for the two lavender bars on cold they smell so good.

Hi Robyn 💕. Hope you and the family had a fabulous Christmas. I had some time to watch some of the video but will be curling up with a pot of tea later to enjoy the time with you and your thoughts. I received some bars from a friend at Christmas and just wanted to mention a couple mixes I tried. Bananas with King Cake. Bananas with Walnut Vanilla. Mint to be Merry with Creme de Menthe. Creme de Menthe with Sugar Cookie or Vanilla Buttercream. I also did a mix of Peony Petals with Vanilla Buttercream for my bedroom. Hope you are having a great evening my friend. I think I’m out of VBB so I’ll try it with Simply Vanilla! I had Awakening when it was a catalog bar 11 years ago and I remember it gets stronger with time. I'm excited to get it again, it has been so so long.

Yes, it ages well. I have a bar from 5 years ago and it still smells wonderful!

Normally you and I are quite alike…. I’m completely fascinated on the ones we differ. This was such an odd bring back my bar…. Things changed on warm sometimes, it’s so interesting how people have so many opinions all over the map too. I’m so completely fascinated watching these. 😊❤

If I have one takeaway from this round it’s that everyone’s noses are all over the place on these! Usually I can sort of figure out who’ll like what but with this batch it is ALL over the map! Even my own thoughts on these surprise myself lol!

This BBMB is breaking my bank for sure! I am getting more and possibly clubbing: Blood Orange Spice, Vanilla Walnut, Cinnamint, Whipped Vanilla Pear, Lonicera, Twilight, Simply Patchouli, Toasted Apple Butter, Falling Leaves, Lavender Vanilla, Strawberry Sweetie, Red Cedar & Sage (it is my and my hubbies FAVE of them all. It lasted 4 full days for us) Frosted Ginger Cookie, Cranberry Mango (club for sure) If I could only get a 6pk: Blood Org.Spice, Frosted Ginger Cookie, Red Cedar & Sage, Toasted Apple Butter, Strawberry Sweetie and Cranberry Mango

Thanks Robyn! Late watching your video. I placed an order for several of the bars and it arrived yesterday and I’ve been on a melting frenzy lol. I had a weird note with caramel sugar cone and after hearing your thoughts I’m thinking I’m getting a strawberry note, too. I agree it’s a good performer, but I think I need to mix it with something. Have vanilla walnut going in my bedroom and I can hardly smell it : (. My younger daughter really liked strawberry sweetie on cold and have that going in her room and it smells good

Vanilla Walnut seems to be one of those ones where performance varies wildly by house. It’s on the light side for me too but others are saying it’s really strong in their homes. I wish it was stronger for me too!

I’m really hoping to talk my hubby into getting a hamster for our daughter’s upcoming birthday! Haha so the reference you made about “hamster cage”, I’m taking that as a synchronistic sign!! Haha ❤ I love Hendrix & patchouli! But I’d rather just diffuse some patchouli essential oil than warm a bar… 😂😇🥰

I just saw a tik tok that researchers have discovered hamsters hibernate and can appear cold and unalive until u warm them up.😱

I did not think I would like frosted ginger cookie but, surprisingly I love it. If I could only choose one to add to club, it would be frosted ginger cookie!

I agree, it’s my absolute favorite of this round!

Love Forever Fall and added it to my club too! I’m really looking forward to trying Everything Nice! If it is very similar to Forever Fall, maybe I’ll add one of each so I don’t have to decide 🤭 I didn’t care for Coconut Palm so I probably won’t care for Crazy for Coconut either. I love a good creamy, summery, beach coconut!

Try BANANAS if you can handle the initial banana candy phase - that is bright beachy summery coconut!

I love simply patchouli and excited it’s back… I don’t think people realize the whole simply line was created and meant to be mixed with other scents

We definitely had some opposite opinions this round!!! But I think we liked quite a few of the same as well!

I do not understand the appeal on Twilight. It literally smells like a bouquet of roses washed up on the beach shore and got tangled in seaweed and still smells like musty ocean water.....I cannot with this one. It is going right in the trashcan along with Casting Spells LOL But I agree I did get the rose scented bath beads from the 90s on cold with Twilight.

Lol, I really liked Casting Spells and would totally buy it if it showed up in a flash sale 😳🫣! I know most people hated that one but I got a nice gently spiced fall pear scent!

@@RobynH whatever pear oil they use for Nashi Pear I find is the one my nose thinks is fermented fruit. I don’t get that with Anjou pear. I thought Twilight was going to be a slight cousin to Southern Evening based on the scent description with the mention of soft romantic florals…. Definitely not 😂 At least someone likes Casting Spells. If I get any in a mystery bundle I know who to send them to!!! Loved your video!

Was super excited for frosted ginger cookie to return. I've wanted it back for years, and then I got covid right before Christmas and lost my smell. Now that my smell is coming back frosted ginger cookie smells really off to me, and I am not loving it. I plan to club it and hope my nose gets back to normal soon. I also really like peony petals, buzz, caramel sugar cone, whipped vanilla pear, and cranberry mango.

Oh no - I hope your nose gets back to normal soon and that Frosted Ginger Cookie smells the same again soon! I have friends whose noses took months to smell things the same way as before - their smell came back quickly but things just smelled different for a while for them. We have a lot of the same faves this round!

It’s a Tarte lipstick! I went to Sephoras site to see what it was called and they don’t even make it anymore lol. 😳 But it’s a crème finish cool toned raspberry pink - you could probably find something very similar pretty much anywhere!
