I have had to stop watching any discussion about what is going on in this world because it is all so horrible. I've found some relief that way. I'm now listening to music and meditation videos on KZread to calm myself.

Id rather see and hear this. Instead of all the guitar shredders out there who just dont know what to do anymore

A very sensible instrument indeed. I enjoy the koto too, used for meditation but also for gagaku, court music of the old Japan. Maqams with the oud are also bringing calm and serenity in our soul. This is awesome. It's so creative. It's like slow meditative music, but as if slow meditative music came out of the Baroque era and has this pureness to it. The tradition in Asia of having music that is meditative and rooted in the spirit of nature is beautiful to me. One of my favorite instruments is the Chinese Guqin. Because you so beautifully harmonized that beauty with the style of the Baroque era, what you've done is married these two beautiful virtuous things. With that beauty of Baroque music being lent to something so meditative and peaceful, in touch with nature, you brought me to tears, and also made me feel healed from within! Thank you.
